Exponea - perfect marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Exponea does a lot of progressive automation, that is more powerful and flexible than other robust tools. It offers a solid mix of usability and functionality. If your goal is to see immediate results in a few weeks, Exponea is a perfect fit. Anyone can build comprehensive scenarios, funnels, workflows, data segments and customize onsite digital notifications without advanced developer skills. The real-time, drag’N’drop style canvas is intuitive for business users to exploit as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes some time to get the data you would like to have immediately. Also mobile application with dashboards would be much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goals is to improve online experience for our visitors. I work with reports from multiple sources - Exponea makes it easy for me to link them all together, provides me reports that give me better insight I need and the next action I should take. Thanks to evaluation of the campaigns we know who is engaging with our content and who is not, which allows us to focus on the right efforts. To sum up, it has helped us in many ways from advanced segmentation, through creating and executing automated email campaigns to reporting in customized dashboards.

It is worth considering if you are an organization with urgent needs for series of email solution.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a furniture ecommerce and retail company. We started using Exponea a few months ago as our email provider. The emails are easy to create and the dashboards provide valuable metrics. At the top of this, we are able to set up complex automated workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite difficult at the beginning, but you will get use to the Exponea´s capabilities structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea helped us to complete our existing digital communication. We were approaching customers through traditional media outlets and social media. Thanks to Exponea’s email marketing possibilities we are able to get in touch with our customers in more sophisticated way / with the way they like to be communicated (thanks to A/B testing) or even in the calls to action that they best respond to.

Invest your time upfront in getting set up successfully. The hardest part starting, but don’t be scared, start trying it out- you really can’t cause any damage in giving the Exponea a try.

The fact that we can create our own email templates and edit the code immediately. Exponea has also some advaced features that have benefited our company significantly with efficiency in performing routime email sends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is really robust and you need to get to know each other to start achieving the goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seinding out pesonalizet newsletter campaigns to specific segments of our list an stopped sending out general emails to our entire email list of customers. Exponea is complete solution for web tracking, email marketing and web conversions.

The support and customer succes managers are good at what they are doing. They came up with specific use cases that worked for us. If there isn´t an immediate and clear solution to a problem, they help figure out a solution until they can make the situation right.

Exponea is user friendly, after the initial training and integration/pilot phase it's easy to create, deploy, test and evaluate campaigns.
The level of care and attention during the pilot phase is fantastic, guiding both myself and the team throughout the whole process.

What do you dislike about the product?
A tool like Exponea requires resource investment - the more you put into the tool, the more you get out of it. Although it suits a variety of businesses (both large and small), be prepared to invest a significant amount of time into the tool - but it's worth it!

With Exponea we have launched an automated consumer lifecycle management program, as well as deployed numerous conversion rate optimization and email strategies to drive real business value.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Exponea is suitable for us. Of course, no software is going to enable you to do every single thing your brain can come up with, but Exponea comes pretty close. We are able to gather data through engagement incentives and on site web banners. Having our lead database, emails, surveys, NPS banners and customized dashboards all in one tool enable us to streamline our campaign efficiently.

Nothing I can think of. I have nothing to say.

We are a company with many marketing needs and Exponea is truly a tool that scales to the size of our client’s needs. For us as an agency, we offer our clients variety of solutions and one tool and in this case one tool seems to be a fit for everyone, thanks to its flexibility. We use it mainly for lead generation, newsletter and email programs, web layers, A/b testing and reporting.

I find the tool to be one of the most intuitive out there. You can set up and send emails within minutes. The way the platform is set up allows you to quickly find what you need and execute non advanced campaigns. Plus support is really really helpful.

Thanks to Exponea we have realised some significant business benefits. , such us turning our half-manual processes for outbound campaigns into fully automated and tailored customer journeys. Creating, scheduling and sending out emails to large groups. Exponea takes our marketing automation to the next level. It allows us to spend time and build complex campaigns and duplicate the entire campaign to utilize it according the future plans. This saves a lot of time.

Occasionally, there is a problem with the functionality of some advanced options. But it's obvious the team work hard on fixation. They are constantly improving.

What do you like best about the product?
I like working with Exponea on daily-basis. It is because of its user-friendly interface, intuitive navigation, drag-and-drop system of work, real-time data, advanced analysis options, segmentation and a/b testing options. Exponea allows me to work more effectively and get better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike when working with exponea, because this tool makes my daily routine so much easier! But if I need to think at least of one negative, it is missing autosave.
