Clever analytics and easy crm
What do you like best about the product?
I admire their professional approach, which connects with ability to help anytime. And also their patience with some our questions. There is no issue that their customer support can't figure out. Even the most complex scenario is easy with them. People we used to communicate with had at the same time profesionals and friendly approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes due to updates, you have to figure out new ways how to accomplish your goals instead of copy-paste. Sometimes it takes a long time to figure campaigns out, all that conditions you have to count with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We improve our analytics, CRM models, and order counting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Exponea is very complex system with vary analytics and crm tools. As I'm mostly in creating mode and not analytics, I'm excited with its tools, that are better than usual.
Powerful omni-channel event-driven marketing automation solution
What do you like best about the product?
Empowering business users to access powerful insights about customer behavior is at the core of why I can recommend Exponea also to major corporations - no need to wait for IT or have extensive code skills to prepare the insight a business / marketing user needs. Second important differentiator is the ease of implementing a omni-channel view of a customers interactions and the ability to have this "time-line" perspective. With lots of customer touchpoints this can be a daunting (and yet so essential) task in any typical corporation. Finally, the speed at which campaigns can be brought to life really allows for lots of room for experimentation & testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
You still need to involve someone with technical skills for many campaign elements once you want to start to be sophisticated. There are also minor things in the solution that could use improvement - such as the ability to select inverse parts within a funnel (customers who did not reach that step), however the people at Exponea are releasing upgrades to the solution regularly so I expect such nuances will be gone soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining a omni-channel view of all customer interactions relevant for business and subsequently shifting marketing communication towards a far more personalized, event-driven approach to decrease the amount of communication towards the customer, however significantly increase its impact on revenue. With multiple deployments & projects built on Exponea we have time and again achieved quick & visible impact on sales volume, avg revenue and customer satifaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it :) Very fast initial results and lots of space to go into complex recommendations, next best action models, data insights, integrations etc.

What I like best is how many possibilities Exponea has and how exponea's support team is helping us with our ideas. In short time we became more than partners, we are one strong team chasing same goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features needs longer time to learn. Expone is better understandable and usable for IT background people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now we are using expoena for this purpose: abandoned cart, customer reactivation, wheel of fortune, marketing web layers, email marketing, customer event based marketing etc.

Exponea is all in one solution. The drag and drop feature
for customizing template emails is easy to use. You just save a
template of an email and use different variations - frequent
updates are not a problem. Design, test and evaluate system in the
email campaigns and web-layers works fine for me and is quite
structured and logical.

The documentation is the weakest spot, however they still

Advanced marketing tool & top-notch customer service
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use the pop up banner campaigns. There are a plethora of web layer templates to choose from for any given onsite incentive: leaderboard, survey subscription, countdown banner and many more. The customer service is reliable and fast, they are very helpful regarding the technology and business point of view. Other things to mention in bullet points:

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been working fine so far, therefore as far as I am concerned, will use the software in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exponea makes traffic monitoring easy and sweepstakes performance. We have experienced success with using its services in combination with paid advertising campaigns. Marketing automation also saves a lot of time to have everything in one place, in a handy package.

Some of the features can be difficult to master and you need a proper training to explore all the Exponea capabilities.

E-mail automatization and newsletter segmantation has helped us to understand what customers are looking for and has improved our sales funnel.

Make sure you know exactly what do you want to archive with marketing automation tool that will help you to select the right software. Your due diligence should be as through as possible since Exponea is quite complex and offers number of different features.

We started use Exponea for our product issues. It helps us to run and evaluate AB-tests and pilots, analyze statistics to create hypotheses.
I have a case when I develop and release feature for 2 minutes after arrangement during meeting. Top managers were amazed.

The endless possibilities in this tool are mind blowing. Driving up conversion is easier than ever!

Setting up scenario's can be quite a challenge when you have little experience.
