What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and number of features, there are factors that could affect this such as the complexity of data and insights provided by the platform, but that's one of them that makes the difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, support is slow to respond and integration of tools can be quite of a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand Monitoring/protection is one, especially for us that offers a security services for a variety of clients within different industrial sectors. With how this platform supports our service, it was definitely a good choice. Dark web monitoring also was a good feature with how it scrapes data from internet and it curates the data that it gathers into a digestible insight.
Outstanding Social Media and Credential Monitoring with Real-Time Insights
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about the service is first, its Social Media Monitoring function. This helps the analysts to check the alerts related to social media as the post itself is already seen on the platform. Second is the Leaked Credential Monitoring function. This helps us analysts to inform our clients when a credential from their organization is leaked so they can take action immediately. Lastly, it is the real-time insights it provides that are coming from the deep and dark web.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked the most about the product is first, its login function, sometimes I would be locked out because of trying to login multiple times with the correct credentials. Second is its OTP for logging in, sometimes I encounter some errors with the OTP, but I see to it that what I put is correct. Lastly, there is alert management, where alerts are sometimes all false positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyble assists us analysts in keeping track of our clients' brand reputation and image, particularly on social media platforms. It enables us to monitor if the client's organization name or reputation is being misused or associated with illegal activities. Additionally, Cyble helps us detect when our clients' credentials have been leaked, allowing us to promptly notify them so they can take immediate action.

Cyble Vision gives you a clear view of threats lurking across the dark web, leaked data, and your attack surface, helping you spot risks before they become real problems. It brings together brand protection, executive monitoring, and third-party risk all in one place, so your security team doesn’t have to juggle multiple tools. People really like how it uses AI to automate threat detection and easily connects with their existing security systems, making it easier to respond quickly. Plus, it’s pretty straightforward to get started with, making it a solid choice if you want wide-ranging, proactive cyber risk coverage without the headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Cyble challenging because it often floods me with alerts and false positives, making it hard to focus on real threats. The platform doesn’t give me much flexibility to customize dashboards or filter alerts, which limits how I can work efficiently. Sometimes the data feels inaccurate, so I waste time investigating issues that aren’t real. On top of that, when I need help, support can be slow to respond, which is frustrating during urgent situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyble helps me by giving real-time visibility into leaked credentials, brand misuse, and other exposures across the surface, deep, and dark web. It provides actionable threat intelligence so I can address risks before they turn into incidents. The platform is easy to onboard and consolidates multiple security functions, which saves me time and effort. Overall, it improves my efficiency and strengthens my ability to detect and respond to threats quickly.

What I like is the intuitive dashboard and the ease of use of Cyble. The UI is simple and user friendly.

The thing that I dislike about Cyble is that there is a lot of false positive alerts that creates alert fatigue

Buggy sometime and also glitchy sometimes but its manageable.

Cyble occasionally has slow, delay logs of alerts in compared to the local generated time and keyword management. Keyword managements rarelys mismatches the alerts generated.

Cyble solves the issues of existing and emerging cyber threats with the AI technologies. The threat intelligence team uses this product to understand defend the organization against cyber threats. It provides insights on proactive monitoring and researching improving the security posture of the business. Thus, it sustains business continuity.

I really value how promptly the app delivers alerts and insights, as it keeps me informed about potential risks without becoming overwhelming. The reporting features and dashboard layouts are thoughtfully organized, offering clear summaries that are helpful for both quick overviews and more detailed analysis.

Occasionally, I notice that some parts of the app experience slowdowns, particularly when I try to load detailed reports or access historical data. Additionally, I find that certain advanced features would be easier to use if there were clearer explanations or built-in tutorials to guide new users. Lastly, while the alerts are generally useful, there are times when I receive too many notifications at once, which makes it challenging to determine which ones require immediate attention.
