Effortless Online Reputation Management with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use Yext to manage the online reputation for our ecommerce sector and retail store. I like that it's user-friendly and I can get help any time by submitting a request. If I want to know how to do something, they provide links to everything to help me understand, and their account managers have monthly meetings to assist. I also appreciate that we can use Generative AI to respond to reviews, which helps with faster response turnaround. The initial setup was fairly easy, thanks to the account managers who explained everything, and our bulk implementation went great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have hiccups with our airport locations because we have multiple locations within one airport, which causes them to have the same address. This results in locations being flagged as duplicates, making it difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage our online reputation and it solves the problem of managing multiple publishers. It's user-friendly with links for self-help and account manager support, and I like using Generative AI to respond to reviews faster.
