Someone with NO tech skills can create forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we were able to create reports as easily or as customizable as we can forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problem connecting to Sales Force, but ease of creating forms and easy updates are a huge benefit. Used to have to wait for an IT person to update or create forms.

The Salesforce connector makes it simple to use Salesforce data.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I'd love to have more control over the styling of the forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing information with stakeholders effectively. Automation of tasks and accuracy of information used on decisions increased a lot. We created processes involving clients that rely on FormAssembly connection with Salesforce to provide a better customer experience.
Good product for simple forms
What do you like best about the product?
Form creation is easy to use, easy to update and monitor
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always user friendly in mapping, has been awkward at times when attempting to build new forms because we need complexity and FA does simple very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using one form to solicit inquiries and one form to register for prof development
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you get past the initial set up and use hiccups (such as mapping) then this is a great simplified product to gather leads and pull in forms/data to a larger product.
Love the Ease & Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
We use FormAssembly for all types of forms, applications, registrations, and more. It is especially useful as it fully integrates with Salesforce, saving hours of manual data entry time and helping staff avoid typos.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, the integrations have been cumbersome -- mostly due to our design errors. (we cannot afford a full-time IT department.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using FormAssembly, we save hours of manual data entry time and help staff avoid typos. In addition, we are better able to sort submissions, review old applications, and share documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure staff who will be using FA most take the time to get properly trained.
Intuitive and helpful for collecting external information!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Salesforce very heavily for the Recruitment Team at our organization, and we have many partners external to our org who collect information on our behalf. Whether it's holding meetings with prospects or people self-reporting information about themselves, there's a a large amount of data that needs to be collected. But we had a hard time figuring out an efficient way for us to input that data into Salesforce.
The Salesforce-FormAssembly integration is so seamless and lets us create forms that users can fill out very intuitively. On the back end, we can map this form to fill out any fields in Salesforce - both custom and default fields. We can create any hidden fields for default fields in Salesforce to keep important information consistent and have strong data quality.
There are much more customizations and formulas that we haven't even scratched the surface on. Excited to see what else we can do with this tool!

What do you dislike about the product?
There's a little bit of a learning curve when initially creating forms. However, there is strong documentation and service that will help you build out the form that you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned before, we have many external stakeholders who don't have direct access to Salesforce but still have valuable information that we want to show up in Salesforce. With FormAssembly, they're able to input all of that information without one of our staff members having to act as the middle man between the stakeholder and Salesforce.
This saves so much time and effort, especially since the form has default value and keeps our data very clean.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a more robust form builder that can integrate with different types of software, this is a good selection for you.
Exceptional Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
FormAssembly has a great support team, who are ready to help you as best as they can. If a straightforward solution is not available for your requirement, they are always ready to provide you with a bunch of alternative solutions that will help you accomplish the task at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have nothing to say for this question. Their product is cool and they are doing their best with support and also always eager to receive new feature requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more form building is so complex. You don't need to have any computer programming knowledge. You can build long and complex forms within hours... just drag and drop components to where they belong in the form and publish it in no time...
What's more, you can collect payments using Stripe... Load the form submission data to CRM softwares like Salesforce. They support couple of other third party application integrations as well.

Very user Friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy integration into SalesForce is the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the fields do not translate into dollar amounts. 1.00 will be entered and it comes through the notification as 1.0
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we have solved is the manual entry of all memberships that come through.
Not the best data collectio, not the worst
What do you like best about the product?
I like the numerous connectors and the support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the mapping system and how outdated FA feels. Also that there is no way to use it in Salesforce. And the text editor sucks. I hate that you have to go into theme to change the text formats, it doesn't make sense and I want to be able to edit as I go just like any other text editor...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collection, email collection (of course).
Benefits are that we can produce unlimited forms for unlimited responses and the mapping to Salesforce generally works as intended as well as connection to Mailchimp.
