Excellent and time saving app!
What do you like best about the product?
it´s easy to set up and configure, many options to add, even advance ones such as conditional fields. Integration with other platforms is critical to us (salesforce or pardot i.e.)
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of integration with Zapier, it´s a pity that we can´t take full advantage of this automation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer engagement and feeding up our CRM and Marketing tools. Easy to embedded into other tools such as WordPress
Recommendations to others considering the product:
give it a try, you won´t abandon it after the trial

What do you like best about the product?
Although there's no way to reach Form Assembly by phone which can wreak havoc if you have a time sensitive question, I appreciate the quick (within a day) helpful customer service, with friendly reps always happy to help with problem solving and solution finding!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many glitches that interfere with proper functionality.
Although I'm meticulous with hitting "Save", I often return to the site to find that my work from a previous session was not saved/ reverted to a previous draft!
The fields are an utter pain to reorganize and move around.
On the finished form, the presentation of the fields, the distance between them, which fields land on which lines end up presenting in a messy way.

Form assembly helps me collect client data.
Extremely usefull and easy to use tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Good price, easy to use, very reliable (2 years of usage and no single problem).
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit pricy if you want additional functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using FormAssembly forms for individualized surveys and for web application forms. Surveys have pre-populated fields with name, company etc, so customer only needs to fill out important data. Web application have filtering and advanced dependencies so we can navigate client through forms.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is top-notch. The way FormAssembly handles the support ticket is world-class. I never felt like I am in waiting to be catered to my needs. I highly appreciate the technical knowledge of the service staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish FormAssembly provides advanced features to Non-profits without charging more. The way FormAssembly is evolving itself as a product is great; I recommend having a forum of customers to suggest what features they would like and pick the best-voted feature to develop in the next cycle of product sprint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use FormAssembly mostly to gather information from our constituents mostly through applications and surveys.
Functional tool with easy Salesforce integration
What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce Connectors which allow us to very quickly set up any sync with our Production or Sandbox environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having an address lookup feature on the form. There is one through a paid third party product but it would be very helpful to allow users to input their address and have suggestions appear like those using Google maps integration. This is functionality that is extremely helpful and improves the customer experience. We have had this requested from multiple internal stakeholders and because of this there is a slight push internally to consider other tools or at least use in tandem with FormAssembly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we had an issue with only coded forms as this reduced the ability for other staff members to create and contribute to the building process. We can now do this thanks to the easy drag and drop editor. The Salesforce integration was a major issue with other tools that were considered and upon our trial we realised how simple this process was with FormAssembly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the trial and see how you go. I recommend using the tool directly through their site rather than from within Salesforce.

Not being able to change fonts, font size and colors

It is great to connect data we receive from registration forms with Salesforce

Someone with NO tech skills can create forms.

Wish we were able to create reports as easily or as customizable as we can forms.

Some problem connecting to Sales Force, but ease of creating forms and easy updates are a huge benefit. Used to have to wait for an IT person to update or create forms.

In general, I'd love to have more control over the styling of the forms.

Sharing information with stakeholders effectively. Automation of tasks and accuracy of information used on decisions increased a lot. We created processes involving clients that rely on FormAssembly connection with Salesforce to provide a better customer experience.
Good product for simple forms

Form creation is easy to use, easy to update and monitor
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always user friendly in mapping, has been awkward at times when attempting to build new forms because we need complexity and FA does simple very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using one form to solicit inquiries and one form to register for prof development
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you get past the initial set up and use hiccups (such as mapping) then this is a great simplified product to gather leads and pull in forms/data to a larger product.
