    Education Management

Even a beginner can look like a pro!

What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is. When I am stuck or need assistance the icon is there to help
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been fortunate not to have an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we would hand out an evaluation, now we send a link to all that attend and have it all in one document.

Versatile and easy to use software

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates easily with Salesforce, very customizable, extensive documentation and helpful customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
No HIPAA compliance for lower tiered plan, some of the Salesforce connections are clunky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as an online feedback form system for our workshops, and also use it as a way to ensure all of our data entry is uniform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely worth it if you're integrating with Salesforce.

Far too expensive for a small non-profit academic society

What do you like best about the product?
Well, the up sides of using it are that you can develop forms without having to worry about configuring a mail server or providing any kind of back-end processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The form builder, being on the web, is a bit clunky, but unfortunately you have removed the pay-as-you-go plan and we can't afford the other plans - even the cheapest, with 20% off is way too expensive for us - we were spending $25 a year, which was ridiculously inexpensive but the increase is too steep. Why not have something in between?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation of recaptcha reduced spam to almost zero. Oh, the benefits of FormAssembly were immeasurable. I am struggling with a replacement solution although I expect I'll get it to work in the end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't use it unless you can afford to pay for it.

Quick and easy to implement, overall excellent program

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a form for multiple users all in one place. It is quick and easy to implement and any changes required are also quick to change. The way it integrates with Salesforce is easy to understand and set up. I have created several different forms with great success and i have now created a Survey for feedback on my forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is not being able to format the page layout for the "print" options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Company we wanted to move away from paper questionnaires and application forms. With FormAssembly we have been able to create an application form for different users and create questionnaires so doing away with paper. We have also been able to use FormAssembly to create a survey to send out to users of our application forms to get feedback, so that any changes can be implemented. The longer I use FormAssembly the quicker I get at implementing the changes required. I would highly recommend it.

Unmatched Flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
The form connectors free up our business to do what we need to do between SASS platforms. Their Salesforce connector is a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more visual themes to pick from for the forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving and manipulating data between our website and Salesforce, Zoom etc.

What do you like best about the product?
user-friendly tools, great chat support.
What do you dislike about the product?
the form responses via email are clunky and unable to be customized (ie you can't choose whether to exclude certain fields from the responses).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
inquiry forms on our website provide clear avenues of communication for prospective customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Matching logic with just about no limitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a bit tough for new users. Logic for matching also hard for new users. Support is good but at times not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Subscription lists, lead inquiry forms, project request forms, donation forms.

Couldn't do my job without it!

What do you like best about the product?
FormAssembly allows me to cut down significantly on time spent creating forms, collecting responses, and disbursing information. We use it for everything from training and event registrations to reimbursement requests to evaluations of our work. Building forms is easy, providing information for those filling out forms is made accessible, and FormAssembly gives us multiple ways to keep everything organized. The Salesforce connectors help us a lot in keeping track of contacts, form submissions, and financial information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike or have a hard time with on FormAssembly. The major issue I have in working with FormAssembly is setting up Salesforce connectors to do everything I want them to. It is sometimes difficult for me to create connectors that completely capture the data I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly solving time management issues with FormAssembly by using our time much more efficiently. We are able to combat lost submissions and information through using FormAssembly as an archive for submissions, instead of having to personally manage information storage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely use FormAssembly whenever you can. It will save you a ton of time, energy, and resources. FormAssembly is a great tool for managing information input. The connectors for Salesforce are especially helpful, and FormAssembly has saved us so much time in inputting information while helping us to capture much more information and expand our reach. We are able to ensure that our constituents get what they need much more effectively thanks to FormAssembly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's versatile, flexible, and using it internally (in addition to publicaly/externally) saves us a ridiculous amount of time and effort
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a significant amount of time and knowledge in order to use it to it's fullest extent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to use it extensively as an internal tool to cut down on data entry time/effort, to schedule appointments and follow-ups, etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your administrator has adequate time to learn how to use Form Assembly -- it's incredibly useful if you know how to use it to its fullest extent, but using just the basics probably doesn't seem worth the cost

What do you like best about the product?
The Enterprise version of the software enables various and detailed configuration control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the forms to connect properly to other software (e.g., Salesforce) can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect RFIs on our website as well as event registrations. The FormAssembly connectors enable us to populate data in our CRM with more parameters than with the html forms we had been using previously.
