What do you like best about the product?
user-friendly tools, great chat support.
What do you dislike about the product?
the form responses via email are clunky and unable to be customized (ie you can't choose whether to exclude certain fields from the responses).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
inquiry forms on our website provide clear avenues of communication for prospective customers.
FormAssembly - Forms for Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Matching logic with just about no limitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a bit tough for new users. Logic for matching also hard for new users. Support is good but at times not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Subscription lists, lead inquiry forms, project request forms, donation forms.
Couldn't do my job without it!
What do you like best about the product?
FormAssembly allows me to cut down significantly on time spent creating forms, collecting responses, and disbursing information. We use it for everything from training and event registrations to reimbursement requests to evaluations of our work. Building forms is easy, providing information for those filling out forms is made accessible, and FormAssembly gives us multiple ways to keep everything organized. The Salesforce connectors help us a lot in keeping track of contacts, form submissions, and financial information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike or have a hard time with on FormAssembly. The major issue I have in working with FormAssembly is setting up Salesforce connectors to do everything I want them to. It is sometimes difficult for me to create connectors that completely capture the data I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly solving time management issues with FormAssembly by using our time much more efficiently. We are able to combat lost submissions and information through using FormAssembly as an archive for submissions, instead of having to personally manage information storage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely use FormAssembly whenever you can. It will save you a ton of time, energy, and resources. FormAssembly is a great tool for managing information input. The connectors for Salesforce are especially helpful, and FormAssembly has saved us so much time in inputting information while helping us to capture much more information and expand our reach. We are able to ensure that our constituents get what they need much more effectively thanks to FormAssembly.
A game changer
What do you like best about the product?
It's versatile, flexible, and using it internally (in addition to publicaly/externally) saves us a ridiculous amount of time and effort

It takes a significant amount of time and knowledge in order to use it to it's fullest extent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to use it extensively as an internal tool to cut down on data entry time/effort, to schedule appointments and follow-ups, etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your administrator has adequate time to learn how to use Form Assembly -- it's incredibly useful if you know how to use it to its fullest extent, but using just the basics probably doesn't seem worth the cost
Hundreds of ways to use it, if you can figure it them out.
What do you like best about the product?
The Enterprise version of the software enables various and detailed configuration control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the forms to connect properly to other software (e.g., Salesforce) can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect RFIs on our website as well as event registrations. The FormAssembly connectors enable us to populate data in our CRM with more parameters than with the html forms we had been using previously.
FormAssembly is by far my #1 recommended must-have integration with Salesforce.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration to and from Salesforce is unmatched. It is easy to use as a beginner and allows for powerful automations for those looking to be more advanced. It has enabled our organization to grow and automated hours of data entry that would not have been possible without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there are no downsides to using FormAssembly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization runs programs and awards grants; FormAssembly has enabled us to move all of our program applications, registrations, surveys, and more online and easily integrated with our database for instant data updates. It has eliminated the need for paper and data entry (and thus improved data quality, not to mention efficiency).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great form builder, and if you want to integrate with Salesforce, it's by far your best option.

It's so easy to use and is easy to fill out on the front end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more help with formulas would be really great, it's not always super intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product has given us so many benefits. I work for Higher Education and we use it to automatically sign students up for events, information requests, and so much more. Internally we have created forms to help processes go smoother. It's been great.
One Form to Rule Them All
What do you like best about the product?
I have used multiple Form based tools and Form Assembly clearly blows them out of the water with it's easy interface and complex functionality. We have been using the tool in conjunction with Salesforce and it has been phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The turnaround time for fixes/issues is not as quick as I would like it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of forms/surveys which would need to be input into our CRM and with Form Assembly it really is a seamless process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest asking for a trail or sandbox account for any users

We have been using formassembly for a couple of years now have I think we cannot be more pleased with the solution. The integration with salesforce CRM is really easy to set up and really powerful. For example, you can create powerful web forms to show salesforce data to non salesforce users. Forassembly give you even to possibility to create or update saleforce records really easily. For example, I really like the functionality of prefilling forms with salesforce data. Formassebly is really user-friendly.
Support is perfect. We needed only a couple of times to ask support to fix something and their response were fast and they were able to fix the issue rapidly. Formassembly also has a lot of documentation (easy to understand) to create complex forms. I really like also that we can add custom code into form template.

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really, the solution goes beyond our expectation. Maybe formassembly forms should be a bit more mobile friendly (responsive). I had to add a bit of custom code to fix small issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a webform solution to create web forms easily and update salesforce records easily for people non salesforce users. The solution needed to be integrated with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you are looking for an easy solution to create web forms and be able to be well integrated with salesforce (prefill form with salesforce data and create/update salesforce records when submitting the form) formassembly is a no brainer

May be integration errors (like with salesforce) can be more clear

have many different surveys, public applications. All in one place sorted and organized

I would certainly recommend FA as a good tool! Strong in the market and good for the price!
