What do you like best about the product?
the interface is preety easy to use
data layout of results is good
What do you dislike about the product?
the price
specifically that there is only a one way communication with salesforce eventhough it shouldn't matter
the price of two way communication is too high

getting data from people i later incourage to donate

Fantastic tool for extending the salesforce webform functionality

What do you like best about the product?
record lookup and update/create multiple records functionality by decision tree, pre-fill functionality, formula functionality, the ability to use formulae in the redirect url to drive users of multi-stage forms (multiple forms stacked with prefill data moving between one to the next) to take users in different directions depending on their answers to certain questions
What do you dislike about the product?
inability to set required status on conditional fields based on if they are presented or hidden
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
interaction with prospects and customers with field mapping directly into salesforce records across multiple objects
Recommendations to others considering the product:
the best tool I've found for extending webform/salesforce functionality beyond the standard W2L & W2C provided by SFDC

Simplicity at its best!

What do you like best about the product?
Love how quickly I got my 1st form to my customers. Faster solutions means I get data back faster and in turn my company is willing to invest in the product for longer terms.
The integration into Salesforce is the real value for me. Having the ability to pre-populate data puts this product above the rest!
What do you dislike about the product?
Won't lie - it took a couple of attempts to get my link working with id's in Salesforce and the documentation seemed a little out of date. Or perhaps I couldn't find the correct article in the help portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating cost effective surveys for my customers in Salesforce was a big highlight. Having the ability to integrate these with workflows.
Pretty soon we will be using the solution to assist our customers with onboarding and their submission of documents. This will present a better experience for customer and will get a faster turnaround time with contract submissions as admin will have the files automatically allocated to an Account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I fully have recommended this to others in the past when working on other projects and will continue to do so in the future.
The cost saver is a huge benefit of this product - especially in South Africa where a lot of Salesforce integrations are frightfully expensive. The fact that this product simply works like a dream adds to a well rounded experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Forms are flexible, thorough, (and fun). I like that you can iterate through a project and test various parts of it including prefill and updating data to salesforce. Support is friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some complex reach-goals couldn't be easily met with the product out of the box - such as requiring the first of a potentially repeating field set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling our operation; empowering our customers to enter their data their way, ending up with clean, first-hand information reported with as few mistakes as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Develop a clear use case that affects your bottom line or eliminates some inefficiencies right out of the gate - a quick win to demonstrate value.

What do you like best about the product?
ability to mediate duplicates in Salesforce with validation and integration
What do you dislike about the product?
CSS styling by FormAssembly is difficult to overwrite, styling in general is not straight forward

Web2Lead data collection with the ability to check for existing records, offilne forms for events, pre-fill for quick validation by end user

Fantastic form builder with tons of features

What do you like best about the product?
I can use FormAssemby for all my form needs. Drom a simple few questions to multiple forms connected together, it's got it all! I don't need any other form building products with FormAssembly. We have cancelled all our other subscriptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't do multiple parent child combinations without running into issues. I can't go back and edit the connected fields. Only one connection shows up in the menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am collecting data for Salesforce CRM and for users around the university. I keep finding new ways to use Formassembly.

It can do everything you would need so you will love it

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clarity of the forms that can be built. I like the ability to format the forms to look like our web site. I appreciate that we can use FormAssembly forms for a variety of functions, such as applications, and receiving paymentl
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface with Authorize.net is a bit clunky. We cannot get FormAssembly to give error messages that make sense to the customer when there is a problem with payments - it's something about the interface with Authorize.net

Training applications, payments, donation processing.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce integration is worth any survey features this tool lacks -- which are few!

Some smaller integrations like built in dynamic text within questions versus needing code-based work arounds.
