Great form builder

  • December 05, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with Pardot. Easy form builder that requires almost no code at all. Anyone can build a form within seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited design templates that fits the modern developer. Sometimes I would need to build lots of customization in order to get to the design I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building forms with pardot and using form handlers. FormAssembly makes it easy to integrate with Pardot. Also a way to organize the forms on one platform allows me to organize the forms in a cluttered free way.

What do you like best about the product?
Connectors with Salesforce are great and it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot administer a survey direct from FA to individuals which is a critical functionality that SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics offer. FA is also not as pretty!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect considerable program data from our clients (teacher residencies) which we and they use for continuous improvement.

Love it!

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to navigate, has very clean features and houses the functionality you need to create an aesthetically pleasing form. The templates are excellent if you're a beginner, but if you're experienced you can literally create anything that comes to your mind. The organization and layouts that you can create are endless, the question types have conditionals too so if you prefer something to be answered first instead of it being displayed then you can do it! I love that because for our financial verification step it proves to be invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features for design customization. Also with e-signature, being able to change the
"Signature Verified" page text and/or redirect, that would be nice. Maybe less clicking around to try to find what you need, and better descriptions. I would prefer the Documentation under Help to be more in depth with more topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our partnerships, it helps to solve the 'smoky mirrors' associated with oil and gas industry, by leveraging compliance by marking questions as required and verifying signatures through the signatory process. The benefits I realized, without this the process was caveman and difficult--if a document wasn't fully signed or answered we would have to go send the document back and wait. This way is much more efficient, transparent and compliant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
FormAssembly is great for form automation, whether you're new or experienced, the user interface is so simple anyone can use it.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It was simple to figure out how to set up forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce was difficult to figure out. There needs to be an easily accessible guide to help with the setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business needs to easily manage forms with the connection to SFDC. We are still not completely sold on FormAssembly since the price points are too high for our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to integrate with HubSpot and Salesforce - our lead flow data is coming in cleaner than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like actually building the forms - it could be more clear with logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to seamlessly tie our lead flow structure together with Salesforce and Form Assembly. Then, it integrates with HubSpot to fuel our marketing efforts. It's all talking together very well, which is a huge improvement to where we were before we began using it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend making sure you're integrating it with your entire marketing stack when able to. It has been integral in fueling our marketing program with instant data, ensuring that our customer follow up is quick and top notch.

What do you like best about the product?
Customization and integration w Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of themes and UI.. would love to customize w code to match company branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FA has severely cut down our data entry processes and eliminated human error in making sure our many client assessments are stored, used and found in one place. Data analytics has been so much easier without sorting through massive stacks of papers. We also use FormAssembly for volunteer registration and event surveys.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Connect with support. They’re so helpful!

FormAssembly for all your Salesforce needs

What do you like best about the product?
The FormAssembly integration with Salesforce blows the other products I've used out of the water. The lookups to records are intuitive and functional. Mapping fields is strait-forward, and allows formulas in the mapping rather than having hidden fields/data in the form. The prefill feature allows us to automate some of our more complex business processes, while keeping data clean. The conditional logic and formula possibilities in the form are endless! Lastly, their support is the best I've experienced in the industry... they're quick to respond to questions, help with formulas, and troubleshoot any bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally get frustrated with the user interface and drag/drop fields. It's not always intuitive to get fields into the layout you're looking for. I think there is room for improvement when changing the appearance of the form... it's not very easy for those who don't have a lot of HTML skill
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage thousands of volunteers through the signup process with FormAssembly. We also have complex membership/donation forms that require a significant amount of conditional logic that other donation platforms couldn't handle. The preform feature is the added bonus to help us keep our data clean.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're working with Salesforce, or need conditional logic that you haven't found possible with other systems, start a trial with FormAssembly and you'll know what to do.
