Good product but $$$

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and set up. The forms were simple and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. We ended up using Google Forms for the same needs to save $$.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Volunteer application -- easy to gather lots of information online and have it integrate with Salesforce Contacts and Campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Form Assembly offers the flexibility to customize forms to best suit our needs and has really helped to streamline our application process in a way that has benefited our organization tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I am very pleased with Form Assembly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customization options available have allowed us to more accurately and better capture and track relevant data through our forms.

An easy and flexible solution that integrates perfectly into Salesforce.com. Used it for many of my clients and they all like it.

Reached the maximum of its capabilities for recurring entry pages with Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Form Assembly is a great software for the HealthCare arena.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am relatively new as I have been using the software for less than one year, but I do not have any complaints. Whenever I had a problem, I contacted Tech Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPAA Compliance, Patient Intake Forms, Patent Data, Third Party Administration and Compliance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Software is user friendly and offers great technical support.

What do you like best about the product?
The connector to Salesforce is highly customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more modern CSS styling options.

We needed the ability to accept custom applications that are automatically sent to Salesforce, creating/updating numerous objects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have Salesforce, this is the way to go.

Easy, cheap, great support - what more could you want?

What do you like best about the product?
Their personal support is incredible. Any issue - big or small - they respond to quickly and kindly. I've gotten direction with issues outside of the FormAssembly scope, as well as acknowledgement of work-arounds or bugs, just to get a follow-up fix. They are very fast to answer, and seem to really take your needs to heart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the UI was a bit more customizable - moving questions from left/right justification on a per-field basis (instead of based on the form theme) would be nice. A slightly better interface for conditional rules would be nice, and same for formula entry when mapping to SalesForce. Overall though, it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get our customer signing up QUICKLY and EASILY without human intervention! It saves so much time. Plus, we have logs of all activity which is great for digging up old records.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't be disappointed, particularly if you desire salesforce integration. super tight field mapping and conditional operations. Very nice.

It's clean look and how they keep up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
How I have to pull my Excel reports by clicking on each individual form. It's tedious with the amount we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to record our numbers with FormAssembly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is great, not without occasional issues, but not a bad system.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, flexible, integration to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on browser java settings, forms may not function properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used FormAssembly for a survey of major gifts donors in which their responses were stored on their Salesforce contact records. Another use of the form was for a donation page, also saving to the Saleforce contact records.
