What do you like best about the product?
I love all the API connections it has, and the ability to trigger data and external apps both on the front-end and back-end. Best integration with salesforce that I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, support it great. I wish the ability to make the forms prettier / better design was built out more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online donation, workshop registration, surveys, website registration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth it.

I like best the integration with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce integration requires advanced coding skills and expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data fragmentation.
Data is more centralized in one system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Requires a dedicated staff member with the expertise to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, excellent integration with Salesforce

I have no complaints about FormAssembly though some nonprofits were unhappy with the price increase that happened in early 2017

What do you like best about the product?
Super-customizable, documentation is getting better, support is friendly and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce connections still require quite a bit of experience with both Salesforce and the FA connector language. Not for layperson use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scholarship applications into Salesforce, event registration and surveys, contact and subscription forms into Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Saved tons of data entry time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a serious Salesforce expert to set up your first few connectors, they're easy to copy. Don't trust the autocomplete when matching dropdown form fields to Salesforce picklist options. Double check EVERYTHING.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and set up. The forms were simple and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. We ended up using Google Forms for the same needs to save $$.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Volunteer application -- easy to gather lots of information online and have it integrate with Salesforce Contacts and Campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Form Assembly offers the flexibility to customize forms to best suit our needs and has really helped to streamline our application process in a way that has benefited our organization tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I am very pleased with Form Assembly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customization options available have allowed us to more accurately and better capture and track relevant data through our forms.

An easy and flexible solution that integrates perfectly into Salesforce.com. Used it for many of my clients and they all like it.

Reached the maximum of its capabilities for recurring entry pages with Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Form Assembly is a great software for the HealthCare arena.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am relatively new as I have been using the software for less than one year, but I do not have any complaints. Whenever I had a problem, I contacted Tech Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPAA Compliance, Patient Intake Forms, Patent Data, Third Party Administration and Compliance.

Software is user friendly and offers great technical support.
