Simple yet transformational
What do you like best about the product?
Quality data control and the native ability to update customer records in CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm unable to embed a form in an email, which would open up more opportunity to utilize this tool for NPS/CSAT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FormAssembly helps us keep clean data and bridge the gap between teams by creating a collaborative omnichannel environment.
Many functions and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of great easy-to-use functions. The Help team is amazing as well as support documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were a client for 5 years and they increased the cost 1.5x on us which was not appreciated, but we are now a client of nearly 10 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting payments for simple things (donations to our non-profit, registration for small events etc). We also use it in place of google forms for forms to integrate with Salesforce such as job application forms.
Easy-to-use platform for forms in Higher Education
What do you like best about the product?
FormAssembly is extremely easy to use and very simply connects to both Salesforce and Google Sheets. The best part about FormAssembly is their documentation and customer service; both are incredibly helpful and provide detailed support.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of FormAssembly is that the new Workflow tool is a bit slow to load when building a Workflow. This is a brand new feature, so I am confident this will improve over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a higher education institution, FormAssembly allows us to get student information directly into our Salesforce platform, without the need to upload files from a separate source. Previous forms with responses documented in various departments are now housed in one place and related to the student.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration options. Most form apps have the same capabilities on the front end, but being able to dynamically map on the back end is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their knowledge center does not explain things very well. For example, when you search information regarding formulas, it will explain how to do weird, complex situations but not basic syntax, which is necessary since their syntax is very different from any other system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing public-facing forms that result in record creation, update, and automation in Salesforce. It makes things very easy for a small non-profit to gather data quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
FormAssembly helps us automate a lot of our activities. We can link it with Salesforce and generate tasks assigned to the right team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
FormAssembly is quite complex. If you want to integrate it with SalesForce, you need to have a good understanding of SalesForce, and not be afraid of complicated forms and flowcharts. You also need to keep an eye out to ensure that you're using the right date format - UK (dd/mm/yyyy) or USA (mm/dd/yyyy)

It is taking out a lot of manual data entry work and making our lives easier/

Intuitive interface on form building tool.

At the time of this review there was not a form approval flow option.

Allowing people to fill out froms to update information in their Salesforce record without having to log into a community.

Excellent tool to build tools and integrate with Salesforce!
What do you like best about the product?
FormAssembly is a great tool to build out dynamic forms and then integrate them with Salesforce. The forms have several payment options and many design options that you can use to customize your forms to your needs and branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
FA is behind other form tools in providing additional features such as sliders. Their embedding capbilities are glitchy. They also have very few payment options compared to other vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FA enables me to integrate forms with Salesforce. This decreases the need for manual entry and the potential for data entry errors.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create appealing to the eye forms for people to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading attachments does not work as expected. It would also be nice if FA was also a database solution, but that is not really an issue. FA is great!

Allows for collection of information on a professional looking site without need for extensive custom design work.

Phenomenal Form App with Top Tier Salesforce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get a form up and running with FormAssembly, but what is most impressive is their extremely advanced Salesforce integration. I have been working in the Salesforce space for 15+ years, and this is the best form tool I have ever used, with by far the best Salesforce integration. I have integrated this app with countless clients and all have been extremely happy with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is very difficult because in all honesty there is nothing about FormAssembly that I do not like, it's a fantastic tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with this tool is exclusively from the Salesforce space. We have used this tool for Lead capture forms, information request update forms, government applications, payment requests, and even internal information gathering. The longer you have this application the more uses you find for it.
I will always use and recommend FormAssembly!

FormAssembly is incredibly easy to use and comes with extremely robust features like powerful connectors to Salesforce and payment processors and dynamic prefill URLs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX/UI could be improved for less "techie" users.

We replaced an entire student application system with FormAssembly!
We also use it to facilitate or email preference center which serves more than 600,000 subscribers.
