What do you like best about the product?
I do enjoy who they make it very easy to plug into your systems and it auto-audits you. But the price tag and their culture of not caring is not worth the partnership
What do you dislike about the product?
They operate strictly on contracts and binds you to long term contract. They are not flexible and DO NOT CARE about wehether the product is working for you or not. I'm a fully bootstrap startup and been in business for over 6 years now. I know a thing or two about what makes a company great. What I can say is the relationshiip betwen the company and the customer is absolutely key in sustaining long term growth. Vanta treats customers as just that "a customer" so will not budge if you need their help. So I'm looking forward to the end of my contract and cancelling their service. I'll be migrating to more affordable solution that works with you and treats you like a partner vs a generic "customer"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It did help me get SOC2 Compliant. During my early research I didn't see many companies that offered the same level of integration, we knew they were expensive but we figured it was worth it, but unfortunately I learned the hard way , the culture of Vanta and how they treat you.
