Vanta Makes My Tech Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta works like a super helper for keeping our company’s security and rules in place. It shows me everything in one spot so I don’t have to run around checking each tool. The way it sends updates and reminders makes my job a lot smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few settings are tricky to find, and I wish it had a simpler menu. It’s still great, but sometimes I wish it was more fun to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps me see if our systems are safe, if our data is locked tight, and if we’re following all the rules we need to. Before, this took hours of checking different reports but now it’s all ready in one place. It saves me time, keeps the team ready for audits, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve completed multiple trainings through Vanta—including HIPAA, general security awareness, and code of conduct—and the experience has been excellent across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta keeps all our compliance work in one place. It shows me clear steps so I don’t get lost in rules and paperwork. It even sends reminders so nothing is missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gives too many alerts at once, and I have to spend time sorting them out. A “grouped alert” option would make it less overwhelming.

Vanta helps track all our compliance tasks without forgetting anything. It keeps proof ready for audits and saves a lot of manual work. Now I can focus on improving processes instead of chasing documents.

It lists all requirements, gather information from your services and puts you in the right track to complete certifications.

It is quite expensive for startups on low budget.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it offers ongoing monitoring which results in continuous compliance and audit readiness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information and cybersecurity training material is not of the highest quality it should be far more advance and updated for a platform that can gather and continuously builds on that.
The scheduler regarding personnel acceptance policies does not work as expected. When scheduled for all personnel it does automatically exclude those that accept the policies but keep sending reminders.

Reduces the effort required and automates the compliance readiness with continuous monitoring and easiness to collect evidence.
Vanta Helps Me Keep Our Tech Safe and Smart
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta keeps watching our systems like a smart guard. It checks everything fast and tells us what needs fixing. I don’t have to worry about missing anything because Vanta shows all the tech stuff clearly and sends smart alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little long to sync with all our tools. And once or twice, it showed small problems that weren’t really problems. That makes me double check things, which takes a little time.

Vanta helps us follow all the tech safety rules and keeps our data safe. It also gets us ready for audits and saves my team lots of time. Now I don’t need to chase people to follow rules.

Vanta does the mundane work of reminding our staff to complete training and perform other required tasks for our audit activities
What do you dislike about the product?
We needed to do quite a lot of configuration to map audit controls with our internal documentation. Even so the mappings and connections are not always easy to follow. We still have more work ahead of us to configure it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta supports our PCI DSS efforts, gathering our evidence, assigning tasks to members of the organisation and tracking our progress in the audit. It removes a lot of the administrative work and provides structure for how we store our documentation. It makes it easy to go back and see what we've done as part of the audit.
