Powerful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It can connect to many of our systems and automatically scan them to find vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the descriptions on how to remediate need updating and expansion.

Simple, helpful, and keeps me compliant
What do you like best about the product?
I work for an organization that uses Vanta, and it's super easy to use. It helps me stay up to date with company policies and ensures I'm following best practices for security on my MacBook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it does exactly what it should, and I haven’t run into any issues using it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps my company stay compliant with security standards like SOC 2 by automating checks and keeping policies up to date. As an employee, it makes it easy for me to stay secure without needing to worry about the technical details.
Excellent Security Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility into all the tools and features used by the organization is fantastic. It simplifies the process to be able to have a single source of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor gripe, but the lack of dark mode is disappointing. Beyond that, I don't have much negative to save re: the tool except that it can be difficult to navigate at times due to the sheer volume of capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance tracking and visibility across all of the tools used by the organization.

Super helpful for compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta makes everything easier on our compliance process. We use it mostly to make sure are policies are applied correctly, and ensure all processes we have in the company align, are compliant and secure.
Removing a lot of manual work and having everything integrated in one place is a big win for our team.
Also whenever I've had to reach out to CS they're quick to respond and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations don't allow much customizations, for example to have automated rules to keep certain assets or data out of scope. So sometimes this revision has to be manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes everything we need to follow up on controls and all the certification requirements, it saves us a lot of time removing the manual work and not having to go to several sources to look up for information.
It also helps us monitoring cloud infrastructure, asset creation, and vulnerabilities to be able to address them on a timely manner.
Also during the audit periods the evidence collection is very simple, as everything is tracked there, with the logs and all the information we might need. Its something we can trust as its integrated with many sources such as cloud vendors and security partners.

Finally, a powerful and user friendly GRC tool

The simple interface and "suggested" remediations

limited items Vanta syncs with in HR tool integrations.

For our requires audits it integrates with our Audit firm.
Vanta also does a great job on remediations, it almost always tells us the exact steps to fix an issue

Vanta a great GRC solution
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is a great Governance, Security and compliance tool, it has helped us to achieve ISO27001 certification. Due its friendly and intuitive interface it allow us to demonstrate our information to the auditors easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even Vanta is a great tool I can include a feature to adapt Vanta to any framework without add ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ISO27001 compliance, Third party risk management duties.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it keeps me informed about the necessary documentation to comply with SOC2 and HIPAA requirements. I also really like the technical support, it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that when buying a package, it doesn't allow me to select which regulatory bodies I need in the package. For example, if I want SOC2, HIPAA, and Hitrust, I buy a package that includes the first two and also includes ISO 27001, etc., which are already included, but I have to buy another license for Hitrust.

Help keep the information required by SOC 2 and HIPAA up to date, also keep public cloud environments secure.
Best platform for vendor management and security compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta have very effective and intuitive interface where we can easily integrate vanta with our organisation server. They are providing secure and reliable infrastructure to manage vendor data and their privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
All Integration and implementation working fine and also they are providing such a great support that handel any tuff situation very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have number of features and integration like Audit management, security management and vendor management that always full fill our requirements and gives best user experience to us.
Vanta enabled our SOC2 readiness in record time, even without prior experience in this area.
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta provided us with a well-defined, easy-to-follow process to prepare for the SOC 2 review period. The policy builder was a tremendous help to our team, and integrations with all major systems made the entire process achievable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team uses both Macs and Linux, but the Vanta client isn’t recognizing the new Mac Passwords app as a password manager, and Linux support remains rudimentary.

Vanta is helping us achieve SOC 2 compliance, which is frequently requested by our customers, thereby enabling new business opportunities for us.
