One place to rule them all
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation part of the tool.
It gives great value to not having to manually perform tests and validations on various controls.

What do you dislike about the product?
One small but significant (to us) issue I've encountered is the inability to set the 'recurrence start' for uploaded documents to a date in the past. This limitation negatively impacts our approach to managing monthly recurrence tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves alot of time. By havning one tool to manage several diffrent complianve standards we get alot of "2 birds with one stone" situations.
User friendly, compliance automation
What do you like best about the product?
Support - Vanta provides support from day one either by way of well written, clear support articles, or live support through voice, email or chat. They do a great job at trying to keep teams on track by sending timly reminders and prompts for outstanding tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times clearer guidence could be given about controls in place and what is truly required. Vanta offers a lot of great recomendations and best practices, but they should be clear as to what specifically is required for SOC for instance vs their recomendation to avoid potentially getting bogged down on an ifeam that is not a true requirement. That said, they recomendations truly are good recomendations and should be cnosidered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is streamlining and audomating our pursuit of SOC compliance and continious compiance monitoring.
Best platform - best service
What do you like best about the product?
The service level of Vanta's competent staff is extraordinary. Fast, professional, and friendly. Implementation was easy, a fantastic support and a CSM team. In addition, the platform is of a high technical level, and easy to handle.. so what more could one expect? I have introduced it to several co-partner companies now, also with success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two years have now passed since the start of using Vanta and receiving our certificate. I can still not see any disadvantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta makes ISO-handling an easy feat, and helps us show it to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides automated guidance for achieving comliance standards. It's also easy to use and setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are a little too spammy, like vulnerability tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easier to be up to date on all the comliance tasks that are required to meet comliance standards.
Vanta has made compliance and the monitoring of controls easy
What do you like best about the product?
My organisation finds Vanta very easy to use and navigate, so it helps me keep on top of all controls. We have implemented multiple frameworks for different standards and certifications, which Vanta has made simple to maintain. When I would like a new feature or function, it is always considered, and we get a speedy turnaround on implementing or understanding if it will be considered moving forward. I use Vanta every day to monitor controls and ensure that appropriate people are addressing controls appropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see how my controls would score against all certifications, but this is an additional cost, so it would be good if there was a package for this.

Contol implimentation and maintanence is the main reason we use Vanta.

What do you like best about the product?
The list of policies and tests makes it easy to keep on top of outstanding items. It integrates with all our major systems!

It definitely feels like the Cadillac of compliance tools, but you pay a premium for it.

A simplified and templatized approach to compliance programs and frameworks, Vanta gives us a solid backbone for building and expanding our programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ability to ingest and recognize previously created documents when pursuing certification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security and GRC requirements typically require bringing on an FTE. With Vanta, we rely on part-time consultants to manage and stabilize our programs.

What do you like best about the product?
It consolidates all the things I need to do to achieve my compliance goals. It provides helpful articles, IN CONTEXT, for each of the tasks that need to be completed. It also allows me to distribute the work via task assignments and sends reminders when things need to be accomplished. It helps manage my audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The starter guide requires me to select an auditor before I can mark it as complete. Seems way too early - selecting an auditor - for it to be included in a starter guide. The executive report could be a lot more detailed, breaking out the different sections that need to be accomplished, maybe even by person.

Gives me the roadmap to accomplish my compliance goals.
