Well built, automated security software
What do you like best about the product?
Moving away from doing everything manually on the spreadsheet

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta guided us through our SOC2 and ISO27001 certification and made the process easy. It also continuously monitors our compliance through integrations. We had our ISO audits completed within a month of signing up. There's no way we could have done it that quickly without Vanta. Also, customer support has been 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive, but it does mean that audits cost much less because it cuts down the length of time for the audit process. So it's overall cheaper than doing it any other way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta automates tests for security compliance so we know if real time if there are issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Love Vanta! It is a great product build with a lot of thought and attention. Automation is the best, it is easy to configure and it provides you with all the information you need to stay in compliance. It took us only a few hours to hook everythign up and after that we immediately had a clear path to our compliance
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably asking for additional cost for some extra features. We already pay a substantial amount and I would prefer to pay a little more but have all the bells and whistles... Espacially the ones that help you show off your brand new compliance! ;)

Vanta solves all our compliance needs! It help us know where we are in our certification journey and exactly what we need to do to get over the finish line. Makes audits non stressful and also teaches you a lot about maintaining compliance.

It simplifies cybersecurity compliance and reduces the unknowns in that area — gives our business a piece of mind
Vanta makes the painful task of SOC/2 compliance manageable - almost pleasant
What do you like best about the product?
Their user interface makes it clear what needs to be done, by whom, and by when. That sounds obvious, but given the sprawling complexity of what they do, it's a life saver.
We definitely saved time and money using Vanta.
Also their training videos are a genuine delight. Not often you can say that about compliance videos.

What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing. If I click on a link from an email and I'm not already logged into Vanta, once I do log in, it forgets what the original link was pointing to.

Software is intuitive and easy to use for putting in place measures to achieve SOC2 compliance.

Renewal terms were initially onerous but we worked with our sales rep to find a creative solution that worked for all sides.

Simplifying the SOC2 registration and audit process.
Vanta makes security and audits easy
What do you like best about the product?
Passing a SOC2 audit can initially be a very daunting task for a startup. Vanta made the entire process easy, with simple integrations, fantastic customer support and stakeholder relationship management, and useful policy and procedure templates to work from. It was easy to implement and has made keeping up with security best practices part of our day to day processes without adding much overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require additional payment to unlock and the cost is too high for our startup to justify (e.g. access reviews).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta limits the amount of evidence we have to manually supply our auditors by allowing them to find this evidence directly in the platform instead. They also provide all the control, test, document, and policy frameworks that are needed for any standard audit, so that we don't have to spend time setting all that up.
