Removes all the hassle
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and guides you through what are typically very complex processes. The team are on hand to help if needed and getting set up was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to get smart alerts e.g. pen tests take 15 days to sort. Auditors sometimes ask for proof despite it being in Vanta.

What do you like best about the product?
As Security Lead for our company, Vanta clearly shows what needs to be addressed for compliance. I get straight to what I need to address and often there's links to how to address them which are quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Vanta adds more keyboard shortcuts. For example, when I assign assets to my teammates, I have to move between keyboard and mouse repeatedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta provides a centralized view of areas that I need to address for our compliance framework.
It's easy for me to get a high level sense of what needs attention and also details what to address within a few clicks.

Very expensive and no transperancy in billing

Dashboards provide an always up-to-date view of compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus are counterintuitive, and onboarding/offboarding could be improved, but otherwise not too many things to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta solves problems related to multiple compliance goals throughout the organization and how your controls relate to each clause. It can also assist with system access reviews, onboarding, and allows your engineering staff to provide evidence of compliance and continuously monitor systems compliance.

Vanta is simply the best Compliance automation platform on the market

The depth and breadth of the integrations surfaces more complaince/security telemetry than any other platform.
The AI based questionnaire automation is the most effective use of NLM/AI that I have seen to do . It works very, very well and once you've trained it on 3-5 quetionnaire's - it does 90% of the work for you.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is little dated and occassionally it's Javaescript style interface gets a bit "Cookie confused" requiring an "app data" wipe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's surfacing compliance telemetry and managing our compliance with numerous standards - we get to see everything related to ISO@7001 in one place, and can easily see our status and what work we need to do to achieve/maintain compliance

Super Simple to use! And it has everything you need to create systems & processes to control your organization and keep it compliant in real-time. The integrations with the different tools is a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey, but it is worth it when you want to get serious about compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of the controls in 1 single place and mapping them across the different systems you want to be compliant with.
Introduced innovation and automation to an otherwise very manual and labour-intensive process
What do you like best about the product?
How they translated complex regulation into a set of actionable tests that are easy to pass for most SaSS companies which based their infrastructure on the cloud. Engineers immediately resonate with their automation-based approach. Also, their notification system allows you to be much more proactively on top of things than having to manually review every single vulnerability and access request.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is still not feature-ready in my opinion. Even though they provide document builder the formatting tools are still not there. Sharing documents produced within Vanta doesn't transmit the professionalims and rigourous approach that a 27001 certified company is trying to transmit.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and the straightforward tasks to complete. The platform is designed intuitively, making navigation seamless for users at all levels. Plus, their support team is fantastic! They are always ready to help with any inquiries, and the search function works perfectly, allowing me to find all the answers I need quickly. This combination of user-friendly design and excellent support makes my experience with Vanta exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I’ve encountered is that it can take a few minutes or even hours for updates to reflect when a task is completed by a team member in the platform's computer section. This delay can be frustrating, as it sometimes leads to confusion about the current status of our tasks and projects. Improving the speed of these updates would enhance the overall user experience significantly.

Vanta effectively addresses the challenges of tracking and completing certification requirements, which can often be complex and time-consuming. By streamlining the process, Vanta provides clear visibility into our compliance status and the tasks needed to achieve certification. This not only saves us time and reduces stress but also ensures that we stay on track with our compliance goals. The platform’s organized approach helps us maintain a high level of accountability within the team, making the certification process much more manageable.
