What do you like best about the product?
Does the job of keeping compliant very well and keeps track of all assets, warns you about tests and upcoming SLA breaches.

Wonderfully Intuitive Tool for Compliance Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Vanta for over 16 months now. The integrations to all our 3rd party providers are simply amazing and simple to use.
Implementation was relatively easy, and the integration to slack helps increase visibility on new items that bring us out of compliance.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike specifically. Maybe the addition of a feature to ignore cloud (AWS) resources that are tagged in a certain way would be nice. But, deactivation is pretty simply, so it is not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerting us to security issues, age of keys/credentials, unprotected github repositories, off-boarding tasks, and many more. It is simply amazing.

Very intuitive platform, easy to keep track of progress, tells you exactly what you need to do and how to remediate any issues. Thanks Taylor for your amazing support and guidance in using Vanta!

What do you like best about the product?
1) Vanta AI's intelligence by extracting key components from vendor reports, automating questionnaire responses, and providing findings outputs.
2) Vanta's API Integrations enable connecting to many 3rd tools or system, and extracting elements it needs out.
3) Vanta automates up to 75% of compliance evidence collection and offers several automated features like access reviews and vendor risk management. This saves significant time and resources to do this monotonous task.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Vanta's API intergration does not cover all the main stream MSP partners at present. I'm assuming it'll come in time. As Microsoft is a key partner for most business I would say leveraging more out of the platform components would be idle.
2) I would say that alot of the policies and documentation could be automated further with a question and answer process to help answer and fill in the documents vs doing in manually and just changing the highlighted portions.
3) Vulnerabity management of external components could be done by Vanta I would guess if they teamed up with a penetest partner

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to get ISO27001 certified as quickly as possible and Vanta seems to be the easiest route.

Centralises all your controls so that you can evidence your compliance based on the software and systems you already use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the technical controls are harder to implement because the Vanta instructions can be a bit generic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are implementing the controls for our ISO27001 certification with Vanta. We intend to use the Trust Center to evidence our compliance and provide more detail to potential partners and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Setup and onboarding is really a breeze. Depending on the certification-level you're seeking, the upfront lift may vary. However, you can be certain that you'll have the support and resources made available to you to ensure your success (so long as you're committed to the leg work). We also chose Vanta as it has an IaC deployment framework that aligns with our chosen architectural pattern for our platform (AWS Organizations).
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet. The only thing non-technical staff members complained about was needing to install the Vanta client on their computer... but, they'll get over it. That client is lightweight and made the device cataloging process so simple for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earning our SOC2 Type 2 certification via a one-stop solution, that's fast, easy to use/setup, and that is affordable.

Easy to use interface, great Customer Support, super easy to setup and implement, easy and robust integartion libraries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if there was an easier way to switch from "admin" to "user".

Nothing that comes to mind. I have never had any issues as a user.

To become complient with security protocols, I am an employee that just follows the instructions sent by vanta set buy our admins
Pretty easy to see what's needed, but sometimes overly complicated for what we need.
