Take control of your GRC
What do you like best about the product?
It has made keeping on top of our policies and procedures a breeze, extremely helpful for our ISO audits

It's not particularly intuitive when you first start using it

Vanta helps us easily keep on top of our GRC, instead of using various different tools it's all compiled into one handy app
Compliance, made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using Vanta is that it makes mundane and long processes simple. Instead of sifting, locating and going through copious amounts of data, it automates a lot of this process. Making your life a whole lot easier, which is why its such a trusted platform among its competitors. Its completely changed the game for compliance
What do you dislike about the product?
GRC cannot be made fun no matter how many animated llamas you have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us get our clients through their audits and making our clients reach their certification goals a lot quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has allowed me a single place to keep up to speed with proper expertise on cybersecurity and upgrade all our processes within a timescale that allows proper growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real disadvantage of Vanta is it unfortunately has to deal with a lot of the GRC stuff which cannot be made to be fun. It is dry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps solve training and all levels of security compliance and repetitive audit tasks in which processes could be easily forgotten without Vanta's help.
Reliable GRC Management with Evolving Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Vanta to be a reliable tool for GRC management which I've been using seamlessly for three years. The setup process was straightforward, making it easy to integrate into my workflow. One of the standout features for me is the automation capabilities it offers, which streamline various tasks and improve efficiency. Vanta also provides valuable insights by displaying the percentage of compliance, which is crucial for managing audits effectively. The product’s ability to integrate with different tools further enhances its utility by enabling automated tasks. I appreciate the familiarity and understanding I have developed with Vanta over time, which assures me of its functionality and effectiveness. Additionally, my high likelihood of recommending Vanta, rated as a nine out of ten, reflects my overall satisfaction with its service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that navigating the menus in Vanta can sometimes be confusing. The way they are structured makes it difficult to find certain options easily. While it's not a deal-breaker, it adds a bit of friction to the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta for GRC management, automating tasks and checking compliance percentages, which benefits our audit processes. Integrations with other tools streamline our work.

What do you like best about the product?
I've done SOC2 and ISO without Vanta and let me tell you, it sucks. Vanta has really turned compliance on it's head for me. What used to be a huge part of my job is now just a few checks each cycle and watching for the slack alerts.
Without a doubt, I would make a job decision based on whether or not they use Vanta.

The biggest downside in Vanta for me is that some parts of the UI are ordered funny or the infromation is not clearly highlighted and brought forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta enabled our lean team of engineers, C-level and security/infra to keep up with SOC2, CCPA, GDPR and ISO. All in one pane of glass, it really is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is very clean and simple. Easy to use, intuitive and they are responsive and always looking for user feedback. Has made our journey to getting SOC-II certified a breeze.

Some tests could use a little better explanation. Also need to get updated on some of the tests, some documentatino is outdated

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of operations and reporting. Ability to implement and intergate into our environment quickly and with no friction. Support team is very detailed and knowledgable, making onboarding a breeze. Really enjoy the central pane of management as it is loaded with many features, allows for dialy use as part of our day to day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time i cannot think of any dislikes as i am truly satisifed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE are able to sue Vanta to close out open security holes and resolve them quickly while detialing the process to meet compliance requirements.
Easiest online SaaS tool I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
I evaluated several Security and Compliance tools, and have used hundreds of other SaaS tools. Vanta's web tool is the cleanest and the most inuitive tool I have used in this space. Integrating with outside toos such as AWS, Google Workspace, and Trinet was super easy. The UI/UX is very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some web pages that look similar, but are actually different. That can be confusing as you might think "I know this link/view/button/info was here before, what happened!". Later on, if you retrace your steps you realize that you are on a smilar but different location in the website. I think more visual queues to orient the user with the a sense of their location might help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airvet offers pet telehealth to companies that want to offer it as a benefit for its employees. We are an enterprise b2b company that sells our services to other companies. Therefore SOC2 compliance is required. Vanta has enabled us to achieve our certification with minimal interruption to our day-to-day business.

Using Vanta means that you still need to do a lot of manual work (write policies for example).
If your budget afford it - go for a consultant that will take of the entire process for you (including writing policies..).

Does the job of keeping compliant very well and keeps track of all assets, warns you about tests and upcoming SLA breaches.
