When pressure is on, with tight deadlines, overlapping frameworks and big deals hanging in the balance, it keeps speed, accuracy and flexibility in sync. Control mapping across SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CNBV (Mexico) and CVM (Brazil) slashes duplicate work, giving teams more time to focus on shipping and selling.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta watches all our computers and tells me if something’s wrong. It keeps track of who has access and checks if our stuff is safe. It also helps remind people to finish their security tasks, so I don’t have to bug them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard feels a bit full and tricky to look at quickly. I wish it was more simple with big buttons or colors to see what’s important fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps me keep our company’s data safe and makes sure we are doing all the right things for audits. It saves me time by automating boring checks, so I can focus on bigger threats. Now we catch issues early and stay ready all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Its centralized alerting system and vendor/user/vulnerability tracking makes getting a broad team working on SOC2 compliance easy. Tasks can be delegated with easy visibility into deadlines.
It's been easy to set up and keep running, with strong API integrations for the SaaS solutions we use.
Vanta's team has also been a delight to work with, with quick responses to any customer support issues we have.

What do you dislike about the product?
Filters are occasionally confusing, and sometimes notifications are inconsistent - people are notified too many times about some issues and not enough about others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps us track all of our vendors and interface directly with our SOC2 auditors. I couldn't imagine doing SOC2 without Vanta.
Vanta Helps Me Keep Our Tech Safe and Smart
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta keeps watching our systems like a smart guard. It checks everything fast and tells us what needs fixing. I don’t have to worry about missing anything because Vanta shows all the tech stuff clearly and sends smart alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little long to sync with all our tools. And once or twice, it showed small problems that weren’t really problems. That makes me double check things, which takes a little time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps us follow all the tech safety rules and keeps our data safe. It also gets us ready for audits and saves my team lots of time. Now I don’t need to chase people to follow rules.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Vanta is how it keeps everything organized and helps us stay on top of security and compliance without much manual work. It’s easy to use and gives clear insights into what needs attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Vanta is that sometimes the platform feels a bit too strict or rigid, especially with device checks and integrations. It can also take time for some changes to reflect, which makes tracking progress a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps managing security and compliance tasks across the company and keeps track of devices, user access, policies, and helps us prepare for audits

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta does the mundane work of reminding our staff to complete training and perform other required tasks for our audit activities
What do you dislike about the product?
We needed to do quite a lot of configuration to map audit controls with our internal documentation. Even so the mappings and connections are not always easy to follow. We still have more work ahead of us to configure it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta supports our PCI DSS efforts, gathering our evidence, assigning tasks to members of the organisation and tracking our progress in the audit. It removes a lot of the administrative work and provides structure for how we store our documentation. It makes it easy to go back and see what we've done as part of the audit.
Easy to use. It's the guide you need for SOC 2 and other certs.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform guides you through the process and has explanations all over the UI to build context about the specific tasks. The email reminders are useful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing the features that automate tasks requires you to spend more money. I'd rather spend the money up front and have access to everything vs. discover surprise charges.

Vanta is helping us get SOC 2.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Vanta is the automatic email notifications before something is due. It ensures that we are never behind and always have tasks ready on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some complex compliance requirements that are a bit tricky to have uploaded onto Vanta. Wish there was a more seamless way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta allows us to stay up to date on all things compliance which saves us time and also lets us know when we have any tasks coming up.
