It is a practical system, easy to use and intuitive, the best thing is the accompaniment of the team and the timely and effective support.

All the controls, policies and tests provided that helps us start our certification journey

Sometimes difficult to find the items we look for.

Vanta makes the certification process a lot easier and cheaper for small organization
Great tool for achieving sustainable SOC2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The level of automation and integrations with third-party tools and the Policy generation templates makes compliance a breeze. One thing that our customers value a lot is the Trust portal. It provide necessary confidence that our company is actually compliant 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better informing of upcoming features would save the time of manual work. As a tech-heavy company, having the terraform module for implementing some of the engineering tests would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being compliant with SOC2 and ISO27001, continuous monitoring of our compliance with early alerts in case we missed something. Vanta is especial great in assigning roles and responsibilities across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
As CTO of a tech enterprise, I was looking for a tool to get into ISO27001 and other security certifications.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Vanta product was great and Vanta staff for excellent, including their support service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta and its superb staff helped us to set up the whole security certification process and reduce our effort.
Best in class compliance automation
What do you like best about the product?
They have a long list of integrations available, and they all work correctly. Vanta makes it easy to follow your compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI was slightly clunky for the last few years, though it has been improved recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta automates all our compliance checks by auditing our systems automatically and make it impossible for our team to miss any spot.

What do you like best about the product?
We brought Vanta onboard to shift left to continuous compliance and add SOC 2 to our existing ISO 27001 certification. The platform has made both moves tremendously easy, ensuring we have unparalleled visibility into a complex environment

Finding a SOC 2 auditor familiar with Vanta and handling UK timezones limited our choices, though Vanta were very helpful in providing introductions and we're very happy with the auditor we selected

We brought Vanta onboard to shift left to continuous compliance and add SOC 2 to our existing ISO 27001 certification. It has massively reduced the overhead required around this, whilst increasing our visibility

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of Vanta removes so much stress from the entire certification process
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little! The only thing I could say is that Vanta perhaps makes the process too easy, such that it can be difficult to understand what can/should be done above and beyond their own suggestions

The amount of time spent completing documentation and policies, but important the daily monitoring makes the audit stress free

What do you like best about the product?
Vastly reduces the time to SOC 2 compliance & certification. Can delegate specific compliance tasks to junior employees for a high-leverage process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs clearer scoping and feedback loops between SOC 2 controls, available policy choices, and auditors' opinions

Helping us stay in compliance with SOC2 audits continuously, without us needing to set up audit or compliance operations for it.
