Easy to use and efficient for company projects
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta stands out most for automating security and compliance tasks—especially when it comes to frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR. It simplifies audit prep by collecting evidence automatically, assigning tasks, and tracking progress—saving massive amounts of time during a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can’t always tailor the controls or monitoring checks to your specific business needs or infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting audit evidence, tracking policies, and staying compliant used to be a manual slog involving spreadsheets, screenshots, and lots of back-and-forth with auditors.

Keeping track of controls, streamlining soc2 audit
Vanta has made the SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance process as easy as possible.
What do you like best about the product?
Our auditors can easily use Vanta to retrieve the required evidence, and it speeds up our audit process. Our internal compliance team is blown away at how quickly we are able to complete our audits compared to other products. We like that we can easily track when something is due and monitor our third-party services when something is out of compliance. It is easy to integrate into all of the services we use. We use the product daily and love the daily and weekly emails that keep us informed on any tasks that require actioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have any negatives about Vanta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to achieve and maintain SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications. It helps keep our business secure.

Vanta is great for SOC 2 readiness and Security, Compliance and Risk Mitigation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the new AI features of Vanta, and the automated testing of SOC 2 controls based on P&Ps and Documents and Tests uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some manual work-arounds needed to identify and pull together all assigned tasks, documents, P&Ps, tests, etc, to a business owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps to centralize risk management and SCO 2 audit readiness, and tracking risk mitigation plans. Makes it much simpler and efficient.
Organised and operational ISMS
What do you like best about the product?
One eco-system to manage compliance frameworks, especially where technical elements are involved. The integrations are powerful, and the platform is regularly updated with new features. The support for the product is excellent, and even though we’ve only been a customer for a short period of time we’ve been given access to BETA areas of the system and given the opportunity to shape how the product is designed going forwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of tiered access to SaaS platforms which locks certain features. I would prefer a pricing model that considers user base count exclusively, which would allow the platform to be a little more accessible to smaller organisations who have a clear need for a well-constructed and connected ISMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is allowing us to manage multiple compliance frameworks and achieve a level of automation. Collecting evidence which can be shared across multiple frameworks is highly advantageous.
Vanta keeps our work clean and safe
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is great because it shows me if my team is doing things the right way. It helps us follow the rules and not forget stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the setup part takes too long and I wish it was quicker.

Vanta makes compliance easy
What do you like best about the product?
The frameworks tell you exactly what you need to do, and even how to do it. And if you ever get stuck, the Vanta support team is fast and efficient,
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints here, I haven't had a negative experience

Vanta is helping us prep and manage compliance audits such as SOC 2.
Recommended to us, would recommend to others. Its just the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta makes our compliance journey as simple and effective as possible. The layout of the admin is incredibly intuitive, and allows you to see problems and act on them as quickly as they pop up. We were able to implement and connect Vanta to all our existing vendors in just a couple of hours and start on our compliance journey soon after. The team at Vanta too are incredibly friendly and willing to help, any questions that we have always are answered in a really short time! We use the product daily to ensure that we're on top of all of our compliance commitments.
What do you dislike about the product?
This would be the first time ever... But I don't think I know of anything that I dislike with Vanta. Having worked int he SASS industry for the last 10 years, it's the first time I'm yet to 'find' any gripes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta has ensure that we don't need to hire a dedicated team to handle all of these aspects. Its made compliance something that is simple to handle.
Like a Safety Robot for Our Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Vanta checks all our computer stuff like a robot with big eyes. It finds the small problems before they grow big. That makes me feel relaxed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It asks us to upload too many papers sometimes. Feels like homework that never ends. But we still get through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps us follow safety rules for tech stuff. Now we don’t miss anything important. It keeps our team from making big mistakes.
