Its a Great Platform for Audit and Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Their are verities of features available on Vanta that fullfil our requirement and also I am like their working stretegy that gives very ease to use integration and mangement compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like their services and support that gives ease implimentation and secure audits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, I like their Vendor management system and security or audit compliance that gives high quality services and maange all business management needs. Their working process was really nice and reliable that manage all work very easily.
Vanta: Efficient and streamlined compliance tool
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has been able to help us streamline and simplify the complex process of compliance. Vanta offers a user-friendly platform that helps businesses prepare for and maintain certifications like SOC 2 which reduces time and effort to stay compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my use of Vanta, I don't have much feedback to give. The only potential item I can say is perhaps having some more flexibility with additional intergrations? I know that is something all compaies face however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta provides accurate, up-to-date visibility into our compliance status, helping us ensure that we consistently meet security requirements. By automating much of the work involved in compliance, Vanta simplifies the process, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.
SOC 2 type2 audit preparation and compliance tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Significantly reduces the time to prepare for an audit, integrations and automatic reports allow you to cover almost all requirements with one platform. Simple intuitive interface. Simple, intuitive interface. This is my daily compliance monitoring tool. The company offers a wide network of partners for additional services - auditors, pentesters, etc. All partners offer a discount on their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MDM module polls clients periodically, so it is not clear whether the setting worked or not. Sometimes a second contact with an employee is required to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast audit preparation.
Vanta has helped us saving human resources as well as time resources to achieve compliances.
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is easy to use and integrate with our 3rd party tools. It also helps to prepare evidences for our official audit reports. It continuously moniors our infrastructures and provide fix suggestions.

The price is a bit on the high side. Documents and Risks management are complicated to use.

The user Interface is simple and convenient for every level of the team

What do you like best about the product?
We migrated from a different security tool and the interface made it easy to do this 1:1. Very easy to implement on Vanta, plus it comes with the benefit of having our audits on deck for all to see without having to go to a different platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a bit easier to add new files that are not necessarily related to a specific certification or compliance to the vanta security portal. Right now this requires uploading a document (like PDF) when sometimes all we want is to have a spot to provide the text for display. Still, uploading a document works to do the job.

Excellent GUI. Effortless to navigate. Works well with integrations with renowned tools.

I don't think there's much to dislike about Vanta, except that sometimes it takes a while to probe/detect end-user compliance status (MDM).

We have seen Vanta's user management and computers (MDM) solutions significantly impact our workflows by streamlining critical end-user tasks and optimizing processes across our organization. The user management system has simplified access control and onboarding, ensuring that users are provisioned with the correct permissions quickly and securely. This has reduced manual efforts, improved compliance, and eliminated potential delays in granting access, leading to a more efficient and secure environment.
Similarly, the computers (MDM) solution has been instrumental in centralizing device management, allowing us to monitor, update, and secure endpoints with minimal manual intervention. This has enhanced the overall security posture by ensuring devices remain compliant with organizational policies while also improving productivity by reducing downtime caused by misconfigurations or outdated software.

We are using Vanta since last 2 years , it offers seamless onboarding , easy integration with existing tools and lot of help is easily available, which result to keep our customers happy and keep risk management on track .

What do you dislike about the product?
While Vanta excels in many areas, the platform can sometimes feel rigid when managing contractors who use personal devices. Offering more flexible solutions for contractor compliance would be a welcome improvement.

Vanta have very clear objective and their working stretegy gives reliable and ease to use infrastructure. Their implimentaion process was very quick and ease to integrate. I like their reliable and sclable services that fullfil our business needs.

Support from Vanta is quick and helpful that solve any query without creating any hassle. I really appriciate their services with my social and personal groups.

Overall, The audit mangement , Security compliance and privacy management features of Vanta gives next level of servic quality that gives next level experience and help to improve business needs. They have really great user interface where we can easily work on without getting any error.
