What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a warehouse for security, compliance, and technical documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how not intuitive or user friendly the upload process is, as well as the edit process is after you upload a questionnaire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool to share the same documents with clients and ensure that we have the most up to date documentation readily available. It helps to make sure everyone has access to the same info.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Vanta to manage our security compliance needs, and the experience has been outstanding. The platform makes what is typically a complex and time-consuming process much more manageable, especially when preparing for certifications like SOC 2
What do you dislike about the product?
While Vanta covers a wide range of integrations, there are a few niche tools we use that aren't yet supported. It would also be helpful if reporting options were more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It clearly outlines the steps needed to become audit-ready and keeps us on track with actionable tasks. This structure reduced a lot of the uncertainty around what was required for our first SOC 2 certification.

The Trust Center is amazing and saves so much time. Also the tracking of all compliance tasks. Ability to share with auditors

Nothing obvious comes to mind. Vanta has worked really well for what we require.

It allows us to run smoother audits, stay secure, keep up to date on tasks, and allows our customers to access documents via the Trust Center
User-Friendly with Room for Enhanced Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use and simplicity of Vanta. The system presents very few things on the screen, making it intuitive to understand. Whatever section you're in, it only focuses on that, which takes minimal training for our staff to use. Our entire company can utilize it, including sales staff who need to present documentation, and departments like HR, legal, and marketing. Even our engineers, with their more technical focus, can easily use the same tool with minimal training. It's really effective in helping us show compliance with particular items through simple steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations are not as expansive as other tools. Vanta's integration with our HR tool, like Ripple, is very light and can't track a lot of information back and forth. We end up using a lot of canned reports instead of having the integration automatically update. While Vanta works well with our AWS instance and other systems, they have limited integrations available, and the depth of integration is not as deep as with tools like MetrcStream, Archer, or ServiceNow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta to know what we need for certifications, as it breaks down ISO requirements and tracks vendor risks. We're excited about using Customer Commitments to manage SLAs and incident notifications effectively.

Their automation saves us countless hours, allowing us to focus on building our business instead of getting lost in spreadsheets. The integrations with cloud services, ticketing systems, and other tools make everything seamless. With Vanta, we know our security posture is strong, and we can confidently show customers and partners that we take compliance seriously. The customer support is always active.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Vanta continuously monitors security and compliance, it sometimes generates a high volume of alerts, which can be overwhelming if not properly fine-tuned. But, this is a good problem to have.
