What do you like best about the product?
Their automation saves us countless hours, allowing us to focus on building our business instead of getting lost in spreadsheets. The integrations with cloud services, ticketing systems, and other tools make everything seamless. With Vanta, we know our security posture is strong, and we can confidently show customers and partners that we take compliance seriously. The customer support is always active.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Vanta continuously monitors security and compliance, it sometimes generates a high volume of alerts, which can be overwhelming if not properly fine-tuned. But, this is a good problem to have.

Seamless with Automation - Vanta continuously monitors our systems, alerts us to any potential security gaps, and automates evidence collection.

Achieving SOC 2 Type II and ISO 270001 certificates.
My honest review on Vanta- What I loved (and what i didn't)
What do you like best about the product?
What i love the most about the Vanta is: it simplifies the entire process. Instead drowning in spreadsheets, endless documentation, back and forth emails with auditors, vanta automates so much of the heavy lifting. It saves time. What used to take weeks, now takes a fraction of time. If you are on the fence about trying it, I would say go for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty expensive for small teams. Some of the integration need manual tweaking and the templates can feel bit rigid if your business doesn't fit the mold. It's been a lifesaver for staying complaint without losing my mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance is used to be a huge hussle- tons of paper works, confusing rules, it fixes this by automating everything. It connect my tools, keeps tracking if security and make sure always we are ready to audit.

Computer all details get in a single window.
In a oraginasation view one of the user break security policy we can easily find who did that.

if we change the computer name it will take to much time to reflect on vanta dashboard.

In our organization, we can easily access details of all laptops, including the security percentage of each system.
Very engaged in the beginning, extremely helpful platform, could've used more support from CSM team

Easy to use, the structure of what needs to be done, the policy templates, the add in functionality (Agent, Vouch, and all integrations)

Felt like we got more support in the beginning and in set up than we did once we were actually prepping for audit

Getting organization aligned for SOC and ISO security compliance... would not be able to implement without Vanta
