What do you like best about the product?
Vanta makes life significantly easier by serving as a unified evidence inventory and control tracking space. It simplifies compliance by automatically collecting evidence, centralizing policies, and providing a clear view of our security posture. The integrations and automation save countless hours that would otherwise be spent on manual tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
You often need to use the platform’s built-in refresh button for each test, since the browser’s refresh button doesn’t always reload individual test-status properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta centralizes and automates our compliance efforts by continuously monitoring controls, collecting evidence, and flagging gaps in real time. It eliminates the manual overhead of tracking compliance tasks across systems, helps us stay audit-ready year-round, and provides clear visibility into our security posture — ultimately saving time and reducing human error.
Great Compliance Guidance, But Pricey Compared to Competitors

I like how the Vanta application guide us in staying complaint. Also it is easy to use

Very expensive when compared to competitor like SPRINTO

Vanta helps automate security and compliance management by continuously monitoring systems for standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR. This reduces the manual workload and ensures Sawport maintains the high security and privacy standards required by financial institutions. By using Vanta, Sawport builds greater trust with banking partners, accelerates vendor approvals, and shortens enterprise sales cycles through verified compliance readiness.
Impressive Experience—Absolutely Love It
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly it is and how much it simplifies the security compliance and the audit process. It supports multiple frameworks, helps track overall compliance progress, and the automated reminders make it easy to stay on top of deadlines and reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations still don’t work perfectly, and occasionally, it can be a bit challenging to upload or attach evidence during audits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps automate and simplify many aspects of compliance and security monitoring. It saves a lot of time by continuously checking controls, collecting evidence, and keeping everything organized in one place. It also reduces the stress of audit preparation by showing real-time progress and helping us stay compliant with multiple frameworks at once. Overall, it makes maintaining compliance much easier and more efficient.

In the main process of compliance testing, it is hoped that the update frequency of the latest functional descriptions/guidelines for various interfacing systems can be accelerated. It has been found that outdated information is used in some improvement guidelines for compliance items

So far, I haven't found any drawbacks in its use, and I'm quite satisfied with everything

Simple and Hassle-Free Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Its implementation is straightforward and, at least from a technical perspective, can be done quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some AWS security controls do not fully comply with the configuration and governance model enforced by Control Tower. In addition, AWS Inspector often fails during vulnerability scans due to issues related to SSM (AWS Systems Manager). Unfortunately, Vanta does not provide actionable guidance to streamline or expedite the remediation process for these Inspector vulnerabilities, leaving users responsible for troubleshooting and identifying the necessary corrective actions on their own.

Overall, it streamlines audits, helps manage vulnerability remediation tasks, and ensures the cloud environment remains secure and compliant.
Great for Security Compliance, But Can Be Inflexible

I like that it helps us monitor our security compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be very inflexible. However, that assures that nothing is bypassed.

Easy to Use with Great Automation, But Extra Costs for Some Features
What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use, with a straightforward user interface that makes navigation simple. Its compliance features save time, and the automation capabilities further enhance efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features that require an extra fee really ought to be part of the standard package. As more features are rolled out, I've observed that the support team is sometimes not up to date or sufficiently trained on the latest additions. Furthermore, the time it takes for data migration and framework uploads could definitely be improved. In particular, there ought to be flexibility in adding and removing PCI controls.

Instead of relying on Excel files to manage controls, vendors, and other compliance activities, Vanta provides a centralized platform for handling these tasks. Its integration with relevant tools enables automatic data retrieval and streamlines the management of controls, resulting in considerable time savings. Additionally, by granting auditors access to view control activities, Vanta further enhances efficiency throughout the compliance management process.

I wish they had a better pricing structure.

It didn't integrate with our cloud scanning tool.

Vanta gives the organisation a wholistic security, compliance, and risk overview of the company's assets, partners, vendors, and cloud environment.
Great Product for Your Automating your Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Out of all the compliance automation tools we used, Vanta had the best user interface and the most integrations out of the box. The onboarding was super simple and our account manager was always there we needed help. Vanta also provided easy access for our auditors and made the process very straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that certain features require additional money. Other providers have those items included in the package they sell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is helping us get through SOC 2 Compliance. It does all the work of figuring out what we need to make sure we can pass the audit.
