What do you like best about the product?
Vanta makes navigation of compliance and security straightforward. Their easy guidance helped us achieve compliance with GDPR within three weeks, which could have been done in six months. This means that our customers get reassurance that their data is secure by Vanta's Trust Center. As we onboard new employees, Vanta keeps me in the loop on compliance steps so we are always in line. The depth of integrations and responsive customer support further enhance our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike Vanta much but, as a new user it's a bit complex working wiht Vanta because they have so much features. They are not having much integrations users need right now but they are gradaually working on adding more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main role of Vanta in helping me is their cloud complaiance feature. Other things such as audit management is also benefitting me a bit.

The reporting functionality, while adequate, has room for improvement in terms of depth and customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta has been a game-changer for us and our organization. It’s solving our biggest headaches in compliance and security management by automating many of our previously manual processes. I’m particularly impressed with how it centralizes our security controls and provides continuous monitoring, which has significantly improved our visibility and response time to potential issues. The streamlined audit process has saved us countless hours and reduced stress during our compliance reviews. Overall, Vanta has transformed our approach to compliance, making it more efficient and less burdensome on our team.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of integrations, e.g. Google, GCP, GitLab, other cloud providers, HubSpot and many others.
Pretty easy to use, it can create tickets with all the pertaining information in ticket systems, like Jira or GitLab issues.
We have a support rotation, and go through all the new issues in Vanta once a week.

Sometimes the messages don't tell the whole story, but with a bit of experience, they can be correctly triaged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all security, vendors, and compliance in a single place, and being able to have proof for certifications, such as ISO 27001

What do you like best about the product?
As a CTO, Vanta helps streamline the process by automating the tests required for technical complinace. The also do a great job getting you started with your policy set.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user roles are a bit limited as I was hoping to delegate certain areas of IT responibility to users without giving access to other areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helped us significantly focus our efforts on SOC@ and HIPAA compliance. It let us know what tasks needed to be completed and what policies to setup and enforce.

I like how it integrates with Slack, which is very convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
as a 1 person team where compliance is part of my role, Vanta makes it easy for the right price. think of it as cost savings for a lean team!

it doesn't allow multiple integrations for similar systems, ie: 2 HRIS so there is still manual legwork. some of the subscription fees are quite pricey.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Vanta for the past few years to maintain SOC2 and HIPAA compliance. We're a small company (<30 employees), so the idea of proper compliance procedures and tracking seemed like a daunting task. Vanta has made it easy to track everything, have clear areas of ownership and responsibility, and most importantly has made our audit period much less stressful. Would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to manage compliance.
It was easy to integrate our existing systems and tools into Vanta as well, onboarding and offboarding have become much more streamlined and we worry much less about leaking permissions.

What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints about the software itself. It serves our purposes and we haven't had any real issues with it. It's not cheap, but the value provided is substantial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps us track our compliance with things like SOC2 and HIPAA, manage our personnel onboarding and offboarding, maintain high security standards for our workers and customers, and provide a source of truth for audits.
Had difficulties at first but since the fix it has been working smooth for my purposes
What do you like best about the product?
My team uses it to integrate with Intune to easily monitor our users devices to ensure that they are within compliance. There were issues a few months ago with Vanta that was causing macOS devices not to sync properly with Intune, took a little bit of time but ever since the team at Vanta was able to resolve the issue it has been working pretty smoothly for our purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little difficult to deploy the Vanta app via Intune. We use the integration but we still would like to deploy the app for redundancy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get alerted when a new onboarded user has no devices enrolled with our MDM, helps us keep on top of enrollment of new hire devices

The requirements are very well explained and it guides you through the process
