Best platform for vendor management and security compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta have very effective and intuitive interface where we can easily integrate vanta with our organisation server. They are providing secure and reliable infrastructure to manage vendor data and their privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
All Integration and implementation working fine and also they are providing such a great support that handel any tuff situation very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have number of features and integration like Audit management, security management and vendor management that always full fill our requirements and gives best user experience to us.
Vanta enabled our SOC2 readiness in record time, even without prior experience in this area.
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta provided us with a well-defined, easy-to-follow process to prepare for the SOC 2 review period. The policy builder was a tremendous help to our team, and integrations with all major systems made the entire process achievable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team uses both Macs and Linux, but the Vanta client isn’t recognizing the new Mac Passwords app as a password manager, and Linux support remains rudimentary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is helping us achieve SOC 2 compliance, which is frequently requested by our customers, thereby enabling new business opportunities for us.

Vanta can be expensive for smaller companies, especially those that need compliance but have limited budgets.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralized Management, Cloud based, easy to use, effective collection and collaboration between all project members, Vanta saves a lot of time and stress by automating and improving security of our company. You don't have to use multiple tools to improve security as Vanta does it all for us. it's always worth it. Vanta does all the hard work no need to manually create sheets and move it all around the company to check it. very easy to implement. and helpful customer support, they have a huge list of software that is ready to be integrated with Vanta, at the same time Vanta offers you integration with new software.
What do you dislike about the product?
we used to do all compliance check and controls manually, one thing I didn't like about it is you need to buy modules, and this thing not mentioned during initial marking and pre-sale phase, they mention Vanta as a bundle and time limited access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual auditing and evidence gathering, Vanta continuously monitors the security systems like and security certifications for us such as ISO 27001:2022. are easily controlled by Vanta making the security even more strong. check for Systems Security updates, the risks are reduced and instead of spending months on compliance, Vanta made the business certified faster. Vanta improve collaboration and time tracking for all tasks

Vanta's risk assessments has been incredibly useful for our team. The super ability to identify and mitigate risks has made it easier to manage our compliance and security processes. It provides timely updates with strict monitoring systems and on time alerts

we didn't find anything bad except the first intergration process was a bit long

Vanta helps us keep track of our risk and safety. The risk assessments, policy enforcement and Auditing tools on the platform helped us create a complete security plan that keeps our business safe from dangers.

They had all the templates we needed, and the editing was minimal. The Vanta software keeps everything organized. Loved the integrations.

It took a little getting used to the interface.

With Vanta, we know our security posture is strong, and we can confidently show customers and partners that we take compliance seriously. The customer support is always active.

Because Vanta continuously monitors security and compliance, it sometimes generates a high volume of alerts, which can be overwhelming if not properly fine-tuned. But, this is a good problem to have.

What do you like best about the product?
This software has helped greatly in increasing our efficiency in auditing. Vanta's customer support team helped us integrate it easily into our workflow. Their features are greatly helpful for our company. We are implementing it easily into many verticals.

I haven't found any problems with Vanta. It is really useful for us.

Ease of use - it was amazing to see the number of features ! truly mind blowing. Integration was super easy and customer support was a breeze. It was so easy to implement this and we use it frequently

Sometimes the email (OTP) takes a bit of time

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta was very easy to install and very easy to implement. It was very useful as there were a number of features I was looking for. I use Vanta everyday to save passwords and for other safety purposes. It was so easy to integrate as the customer support was really good. Good job Vanta!

Nothing as such till now. I use it regularly and everything is good.
