Efficient tool for security audit
What do you like best about the product?
It helps you to prepare for all the requirment of audit including template you can easily edit to fit your company's situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Daily reminder is a bit much and difficult to distinquish if it is your task just from email

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and has good notifications.

Nothing, it does what it needs to do and meets our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Vanta became my single focus in addressing all of the various needs and requirements for SOC2. It was intuitive, clear and made the process simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the rare occasion, the Vanta agent wouldn't report back an updated status from a user computer even after a few days. I'd really be nitpicking here to find odd things to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is helping us through SOC 2 type 2 compliance. Our first go around. It still was a time consuming lift but the process was made significantly simpler.

Platform is helpful in outlining in a prescriptive manner what is required for various compliance items allowing those without a background in Compliance to run a compliant organization

Integrations with other platforms can be a bit finicky

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has proven to be a life-saver when it comes to ensuring compliance for our ISO accreditations. It is well-organised and structured, user-friendly and houses everything we, and our auditor, needs in one place. The frequent reminders on outstanding tasks are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any at this point - I find it to be a very instinctive and efficient tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta allows us to access all our policies and our risk register in one place, as opposed to them being scattered across our internal systems. Everything is centralised and esasily accessible by employees. It has saved us a lot of time and ensured we have successfully passed all our audits.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small startup Vanta helped us achieve compliance quickly and efficiently without spending an inordinate amount of time on the process. Vanta made the process very clear, and guided us through the process well. The dashboard is decently organized and helped us see at a glance how close we were to be ready for audit. For a small team Vanta helped us stay on top of any requirements without feeling overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked about Vanta was that some of the integrations felt a bit clunky and weren't as seamless as I had hoped. There were moments when they required extra effort to set up or troubleshoot, which slowed down the process. With a bit more polish, those integrations could have been smoother and more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helped make our security compliance as a small startup less of an ordeal. It enabled us to move fast, and achieve SOC2 compliance quickly. We did not previous experience of dealing with SOC2 compliance, and the guided nature of Vanta really helped us get there quickly. We likely wouldn't have been able to move anywhere near as fast without Vanta. Being able to see at a glance where we were in the process and each step we had to do was invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
The prompts to action on items for compliance. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to navigate unless you have link to exact item. I just feel like I have a million tabs open on my browser sometime.
