The team is very easy to work with and responsive to the needs of the Geminus employees.
What do you like best about the product?
We like the portal and staff. In fact, I believe the portal and staff are better to work with than some of your competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints other than the pricing is quite a bit higher than some of the competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have problems, however, the Engineering side of the company uses Vanta support and I believe he is quite happy.
Great intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, its vey intuative and you need minimal training to understand how it all connects together. It made SOC2 way less daunting, plus the account managers are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The % doesn't reflect the status of your audit, so it's not comparitive

I really like how the interface framework is well organized—it seems intuitive and easy to use, even for someone without an auditing background.

Too many paid features are not included in the subscriptions.

1. Vanta breaks down the entire compliance process into manageable tasks, allowing me to assign each one to the appropriate person. While it's often difficult to explain the full security compliance framework to all stakeholders, Vanta enables them to fulfill the necessary requirements accurately without needing deep background knowledge.
2. Vanta logs all tasks, document uploads, and assessments, helping me stay on top of time-sensitive compliance requirements and maintain clear audit trails.
3. Vanta’s integrations significantly reduce the burden of managing access controls. I can monitor account changes across third-party services without needing to log into each one individually.
4. The risk library assists in identifying potential risks, and the comprehensive policy templates save a great deal of time when drafting or updating our internal policies.

Very easy to use platform with help in every step providing a much easier path to our SOC2 cert.

My only issue was that an LLC does not require a BOD. THis was not clear to Vanta.

Makes a daunting process a bit more bearable
What do you like best about the product?
They connected us with partners who really helped automate things. Had great templates whenever we needed to get started with a new task

After sales, we were kind of left high and dry. There wasn't any call with a CSM or somebody to help orient (other than external consultants)

Vanta has been straightforward to use. I especially appreciate how well it organizes documents and tests, with clear due dates and defined review periods. It’s made staying on top of compliance tasks much more manageable.

It's perfectly fine for what it is. Managing compliance is no fun even with a great tool.

The platform seamlessly automated the compliance process and guided us through the steps – saving our team significant time and effort. Every step was clear, fast, and stress-free.

Sometimes name changes and edits had to be updated in several spots, requiring some manual work.

Great Automation and Smooth Compliance Process
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta's automation and end-to-end service made our compliance journey incredibly smooth. The auditor matching worked perfectly, and we got certified quickly. The portal is very intuitive and easy to navigate. With AI guidance, the whole process became much simpler than expected. Everything flows well from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Communication with auditors during the audit period could be smoother - navigating to specific issues isn't always straightforward, and sharing relevant links should be easier. Minor issues with initial setup being a bit overwhelming, and some features could use better documentation. Overall experience has been very positive though.

Vanta automates our compliance process and connects us with auditors seamlessly. We achieved certification quickly with minimal manual work. The intuitive platform made complex compliance requirements easy to navigate, saving us significant time and resources.
The best time saver for small compliance teams
What do you like best about the product?
The automated evidence collections save tons of time and lessen stress for small teams. Vanta easily integrates with a variety of other very common tools. There's been no issues with using the platform.
Their support team is top tier! They do not hesitate to hop on a call and walk you through any current needs or possibly any future needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few times where integrations conflict with each other and I am unable to easily mark that if it covers one of the controls then it does not need to worry about the other one. I am able to solve this with manual intervention. They are open to hearing feedback and improving your experience though!

Control tracking, evidence collection, audit management, and critical vendor management for a small compliance team.
Best GRC Platform on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is super intuitive and easy to use. Also, the platform is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vanta ties the total number of automated tests to the package customers purchase. The cheapest SOC 2 package, in my opinion, should be a little more robust with the automated infrastructure tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is consolidating security compliance across a variety of categories, including cloud security posture management, vendor management, risk management, document & policy management, employee compliance, as well as mapping all of these requirements to the relevant audit framework.
