I like how Vanta brings everything in one place for compliance certifications. The consolidation of data is a standout feature for me.

Essential for SOC 2 success
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta was extremely helpful in setting us up for success with our SOC 2 certification. The platform streamlined the entire compliance process and made it much less daunting. Their automated security monitoring and continuous compliance tracking saved us countless hours. The implementation was smooth, and their team provided excellent support throughout. Most importantly, achieving SOC 2 with Vanta's help has opened doors to more enterprise clients, directly impacting our business growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Vanta has been great overall, the pricing can be on the higher side for smaller startups. Initially, there was a bit of a learning curve to understand all the features and how to maximize the platform's capabilities. Some integrations could be smoother, requiring occasional manual intervention. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value Vanta provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta solved our SOC 2 compliance challenge, which was a major barrier to landing enterprise clients. Before Vanta, the compliance process seemed overwhelming and we didn't know where to start. Vanta automated security monitoring, streamlined evidence collection, and guided us through each step of the certification process. This allowed us to achieve SOC 2 certification much faster than we anticipated. As a result, we've been able to close deals with enterprise clients who require SOC 2 compliance, directly driving revenue growth for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the notification of deadlines. This makes it easy to stay compliant and not miss target dates. I also appreciate the ability to adjust the scope of our resources so out-of-scope items can be configured accordingly. The deadline notifications help us stay focused on our day-to-day tasks while keeping us compliant. I found the initial setup was easy due to the support team's assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The off-boarding process can be annoying when turnover is high. Mostly, waiting for the integrations to poll and update makes it frustrating. More consistent polling or a manual check to refresh integrations would be great.

Vanta helps us manage SOC 2 compliance by notifying us of deadlines and allowing us to stay focused on our daily work. Its scope adjustment feature simplifies sorting cloud items, ensuring only relevant items are included.

Ease of use, all in one place. The platform makes it easy to keep track of everything so I am never behind.

What do you like best about the product?
The organizational plan for obtaining our SOC2. The clear organized pathway was needed for our growing company! The website was very easy to use and integrate in our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were lots of notifications from Vanta but it was difficult to discern what had changed within the Vanta website.

SOC2. We need it for a future partnership with another company and for our growth in general.
Easy Implementation and All Framework Data in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
The ease if implementation and able to see all data by Framework in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are time when the tests or integration fail to update in reasonable time.

Obtaining our SOC 2 compliance was simplified and easy to maintain controls and tests. Internal team found it easy to learn the system and is using it everyday.

Excellent at helping you understand and structuture your controls for a single or multiple frameworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation is ok and could be improved as items are difficult to navigate to.

Design and implementation of single or multiple frameworks (e.g. SOC or ISO) is structured and easy to design & implemented.
Quick, Easy-to-Use Task Tracking with Clear Missing-Task Flags
What do you like best about the product?
It was really quick and easy to understand and use. The tasks were outlined clearly and straight forward. I liked how it clearly flagged missing/undone tasks.

I did receive a lot of notifications through multiple channels. It was sometimes overwhelming

Vanta is helping us achieve compliance and security faster and in a more streamlined manner. It helped us easily, and with lower lift, get our documents organized and processes organized.
