Vanta has made the SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance process as easy as possible.
What do you like best about the product?
Our auditors can easily use Vanta to retrieve the required evidence, and it speeds up our audit process. Our internal compliance team is blown away at how quickly we are able to complete our audits compared to other products. We like that we can easily track when something is due and monitor our third-party services when something is out of compliance. It is easy to integrate into all of the services we use. We use the product daily and love the daily and weekly emails that keep us informed on any tasks that require actioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have any negatives about Vanta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to achieve and maintain SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001:2022 certifications. It helps keep our business secure.

Centralized Risk Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Vanta provides a high-level dashboard that shows where we stand compliance-wise, especially for certifications like HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2, and HITRUST. It's very helpful that it ties everything together and alerts us about which documents need to be renewed on a recurrent basis. The automated alerts for updates are also useful in preparing for the next round of SOC examinations. Additionally, Vanta acts as a central repository, streamlining the management and renewal of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things that could be improved include the need for manual input, especially related to enterprise risk management and risk mitigation activities in the action tracker. There's a manual process where I have to go in and enter updated notes, which isn't as seamless as I'd like. Also, producing enterprise-wide captures of outstanding actions, documents, or policies for SOC purposes is not easy. I need to manually pull things together from different aspects of Vanta and combine them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta for enterprise risk management and IT, particularly for SOC 1 and SOC 2 readiness. It serves as a central, easily usable platform for seamless auditor interactions and managing risk, with a dashboard for compliance insight.
Organised and operational ISMS
What do you like best about the product?
One eco-system to manage compliance frameworks, especially where technical elements are involved. The integrations are powerful, and the platform is regularly updated with new features. The support for the product is excellent, and even though we’ve only been a customer for a short period of time we’ve been given access to BETA areas of the system and given the opportunity to shape how the product is designed going forwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of tiered access to SaaS platforms which locks certain features. I would prefer a pricing model that considers user base count exclusively, which would allow the platform to be a little more accessible to smaller organisations who have a clear need for a well-constructed and connected ISMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is allowing us to manage multiple compliance frameworks and achieve a level of automation. Collecting evidence which can be shared across multiple frameworks is highly advantageous.

What do you like best about the product?
The frameworks tell you exactly what you need to do, and even how to do it. And if you ever get stuck, the Vanta support team is fast and efficient,
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints here, I haven't had a negative experience

Vanta is helping us prep and manage compliance audits such as SOC 2.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta makes our compliance journey as simple and effective as possible. The layout of the admin is incredibly intuitive, and allows you to see problems and act on them as quickly as they pop up. We were able to implement and connect Vanta to all our existing vendors in just a couple of hours and start on our compliance journey soon after. The team at Vanta too are incredibly friendly and willing to help, any questions that we have always are answered in a really short time! We use the product daily to ensure that we're on top of all of our compliance commitments.
What do you dislike about the product?
This would be the first time ever... But I don't think I know of anything that I dislike with Vanta. Having worked int he SASS industry for the last 10 years, it's the first time I'm yet to 'find' any gripes!

Vanta has ensure that we don't need to hire a dedicated team to handle all of these aspects. Its made compliance something that is simple to handle.
Like a Safety Robot for Our Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Vanta checks all our computer stuff like a robot with big eyes. It finds the small problems before they grow big. That makes me feel relaxed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It asks us to upload too many papers sometimes. Feels like homework that never ends. But we still get through it.

Vanta helps us follow safety rules for tech stuff. Now we don’t miss anything important. It keeps our team from making big mistakes.
Most trusted automation and security platform
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is easy to use. It reduces time spent on audit preparation by a great extent. Continuous monitoring of security controls helps teams to stay compliant through out the year.

Vanta is expensive. There are a wide range of features that we didn't really use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta continuously monitors our system for security misconfigurations and any kind of compliance violations, which automatically turns our systems to 0% vulnerable to any breakages or threats.

What do you like best about the product?
Very neat and user friendly. Allowed our company to stay on top of compliance needs without needing to hire a new team. Connected very well with out systems. I check it about everyday to make sure we are up to date and everything is squared off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it went more in depth on how to stop tests from continuing to fail. I also wish there were more customization options on the home screen. So things can be tailored to my specific use case.

Helps me easily take care of security risks and notifies me instead of me needs to hunt for them in microsoft.
