Huge time saver
What do you like best about the product?
After the initial setup and integration of all of our services, Vanta saved us hundreds of hours compared to our audits from previous years. The service just continues to streamline our security management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to share about the vanta platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps my team coordinate security management issues across dozens of services and processes and centralizes what, how and when our team needs to respond to new and evolving security issues in order to stay SOC2 compliant.

Experts Make Process Smoother
What do you like best about the product?
They are the experts in this area and that makes everything run so much more smoothly on our end. I can't imagine going through compliance without the experts from Vanta walking us through each step in detail and teach us so much along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside is just cost. It's a huge investment, but we have found it to be totally worth it for our company. Other companies I imagine might struggle to pony up this much but if you can, go with Vanta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers want to know their data is secure. We can't just tell him ourselves that everything will be okay, we need to certification of an outside source. Vanta makes that process much more smooth than we could have ever expected.
Amazing platform for compliance and compliance automation

Vanta is very structured in its nature about what you need to do to get your compliance program in place.

It can be a little pricy for young startups

There are many bugs and glitches and the UX is not very intuitive.

I recently had the pleasure of using the Vanta app, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The app itself is user-friendly and offers a seamless experience. Still, the absolute highlight of my journey was the outstanding customer service provided by my Customer Success Manager, Claire Marovelli.
From the very beginning, Claire was incredibly attentive, patient, and understanding. She took the time to guide me through the app's features and functionalities, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident in navigating the platform. What do you dislike about the product?
The timing for which specific controls needed to be completed, within audit window or not, was sometimes unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped setup our infrastructure, policies and controls for achieving our SOC 2 Type II certification. Thanks to Vanta we are continuously monitoring our controls in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have a complete overview in the Dashboard on what you have completed as well as what is still required to complete all of the certification prerequisits. And, if there are any questions or cant keep going, the staff is very knowledgable about the certifications and can help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside as of yet by using the Vanta platform as I am too new to it to be able to find fault with it at this time. Im looking forward to seeing it interact with the servers live.

Vanta is solving the problem that a lot of SMB´s have about certification. They dont know where to start and also think that the costs are too high. Vanta is a reasonably priced product.

There are few things that can be improved, maybe there could be an application for the cell phone and be able to review it on the go

Simplifies Security Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small company that can not reasonably support a security and compliance team with the level of sophistication that Vanta brings to the table. Being able to outsource saves our sanity.

I haven't found any issues so far. In general they have been great to work with and met our expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that i can quickly filter different tasks for quick review and follow up.Also the fact that im able quickly able to offboard employees and am vanta is able to detect systems employee yet not deauthorized

The fact that some pcs would still show not encrypted hdd yet physically they were encrypted.Had several tickets raised to support
