Makes managing compliance tests easy
What do you like best about the product?
The list of policies and tests makes it easy to keep on top of outstanding items. It integrates with all our major systems!
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely feels like the Cadillac of compliance tools, but you pay a premium for it.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has been a lifesaver for me and my team. Security is crucial, but keeping up with everything manually was a nightmare. Vanta automates all the grunt work, like chasing down vendor security reports. It's seriously like magic – suddenly all that extra time feels like a superpower!

Absolutely nothing. It is far more superior than any other tool we use.

It use to be a nightmare preparing for an audit. Now it's super easy and everything is organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It consolidates all the things I need to do to achieve my compliance goals. It provides helpful articles, IN CONTEXT, for each of the tasks that need to be completed. It also allows me to distribute the work via task assignments and sends reminders when things need to be accomplished. It helps manage my audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The starter guide requires me to select an auditor before I can mark it as complete. Seems way too early - selecting an auditor - for it to be included in a starter guide. The executive report could be a lot more detailed, breaking out the different sections that need to be accomplished, maybe even by person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me the roadmap to accomplish my compliance goals.
Amazing experience with Vanta
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta guided us through our SOC2 and ISO27001 certification and made the process easy. It also continuously monitors our compliance through integrations. We had our ISO audits completed within a month of signing up. There's no way we could have done it that quickly without Vanta. Also, customer support has been 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive, but it does mean that audits cost much less because it cuts down the length of time for the audit process. So it's overall cheaper than doing it any other way.

Vanta automates tests for security compliance so we know if real time if there are issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Love Vanta! It is a great product build with a lot of thought and attention. Automation is the best, it is easy to configure and it provides you with all the information you need to stay in compliance. It took us only a few hours to hook everythign up and after that we immediately had a clear path to our compliance
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably asking for additional cost for some extra features. We already pay a substantial amount and I would prefer to pay a little more but have all the bells and whistles... Espacially the ones that help you show off your brand new compliance! ;)

Vanta solves all our compliance needs! It help us know where we are in our certification journey and exactly what we need to do to get over the finish line. Makes audits non stressful and also teaches you a lot about maintaining compliance.

Vanta provides a lot of guidance. They have lot's of templates, samples and other useful resources.

It's difficult to use it without guidance.

What do you like best about the product?
Their user interface makes it clear what needs to be done, by whom, and by when. That sounds obvious, but given the sprawling complexity of what they do, it's a life saver.
We definitely saved time and money using Vanta.
Also their training videos are a genuine delight. Not often you can say that about compliance videos.

What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing. If I click on a link from an email and I'm not already logged into Vanta, once I do log in, it forgets what the original link was pointing to.

No negative concerns, our experience with the tool has been all around positive.

Class-leading Compliance Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use interface. Very strong integrations. Wonderful customer support. Vanta will not only connect you to an auditor, they'll work with them to make sure you're put into the best position to succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I admit there aren't many things that I dislike about Vanta. The manual refreshes of your data sometimes take a minute or so, but that's to be expected, isn't it? Vanta needs to reach out to your own vendors to refresh that data, so it's out of their control really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is primarily helping us to solve our SOC2 compliance efforts. We'll additionally be seeking ISO 27001 certification as well. However, Vanta also helps us with strengthening our own security in a broad sense, providing insights into things that we need to solve outside of our compliance efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta's user interface and user experience design stand out as its biggest strengths. It almost feels like you have your own pocket-sized compliance expert available at the tip of your fingers. The platform offers an intuitive self-service experience, powered by an impressive library of integrations, automated tests and document templates. Everything is exceptionally well-documented and accessible directly within the platform. To top that off, I have yet to encounter an in-platform AI assistant that is as accurate as Vanta's.

So far nothing worth mentioning here.

Vanta's self-service capabilities for cybersecurity compliance and risk management are perfect for a small but tech-heavy company like ours. The platform's comprehensive automation capabilities helps us streamline our security and compliance workflows while at the same time significantly reducing the amount of time and effort required to achieve our goals.
