Vanta simplifies the process for ISO 27001 certification
What do you like best about the product?
After getting everything in place in Vanta, the actual audit process was simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that anything I can think of. Highly recommended!

Vanta simplifies the process of ISO 27001 certification. Going through the actual audit is pretty straightforward once you have everything in place in Vanta.

Great tool to organize and consolidate security compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The features/modules to manage policies, vendors and risk, and of course the monitoring section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I want to use Vanta as our main GRC tool, there are some features missing to properly manage RIsk and Policies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps to get rid off all the separate trackers and consolidate all the information into one place. Also the automated evidence collection is a great help if your teams are really busy.

It gives you a percentage of controls you cover and hints on how to achieve 100% compliance. Everything is centralized in one place.
Without Vanta we never would have been able to consider ISO 27001

There is no easy way to update the company name or Logo in your policies once they have been created.

There is no way our company would have been able to tackle Security Compliance without software like Vanta.
Vanta automates the compliance process, tracks security tacks and helps to find gaps.

You have all relevant documents for your Audit in one place.
Vanta also helps with templates and has policies available that you just need to adjust.

A Platform cannot replace the experiences of an Expert, but our CSM was always very helpful and introduced us to the relevant people.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has one of the most accessible user interfaces I have ever used; their controls are among the clearest and most efficient. What I love most about Vanta is that I can jump into an audit and get moving immediately; the layout matches that of a traditional SOC 2 report (or whatever standard you choose), and data exports, filters, etc., are easily accessible. The layout stays consistent between standards, and Vanta offers effective mapping, so you don't have to redo your work for every audit. I can't state enough that Vanta makes looking at/providing evidence for even complex audit standards simple and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vanta is among the best of the best when it comes to compliance automation, and there's not much to dislike. Although Vanta is a leader of integrations, I always wish there were more, and I wish they did more to remind users to update old evidence.

As an auditor, Vanta simplifies and helps automate compliance by providing an effective platform for the clients I work with to reach and maintain compliance with many standards/frameworks.
Fastest and most covenient path to ISO27001 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Automated testing of all controls incl. policy acceptance, tracking device security for employees via the vanta agent and external auditor portal that makes any audit fast and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course like any software Vanta comes at a cost but in our case, investing in Vanta is far more cost efficient that hiring a full-time resource to run the process (and if we were to hire someone, Vanta would still make sure there are never any errors).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal was to get ISO27001 and GDPR compliant as fast as possible and Vanta delivered on all it's promises. Customer support is great if needed and there is a full understanding of all client needs.

Vanta agent is glitching in detection.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved time for IT and employees in handling certification tasks.

We use Vanta to streamline our SOC II and ISO 27001 and 9001 processes.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and real-time updating of our security posture. Everything in one location makes it easier for our internal and external clients to see how we are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we have seen has to do with the costs and ROI. While it is worth it to use Vanta, it can take 6 to 12 months to see a return on investment, and that may be a bit long for some organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Vanta is helping us with is streamlining the SOC 2 and ISO audit processes. The additional added benefit is that it also provides additional visibility into our InfoSec posture.

As someone who has done this process without Vanta, the platform experience and support we've received from the Vanta experience is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small ask but automated email reminders would be great!

The whole audit process. We would not be able to accomplish SOC 2 with such a small team without vanta.
