What do you like best about the product?
Vanta’s automation capabilities are a game-changer for managing SOC 2 compliance. The platform simplifies tracking tasks, managing policies, and monitoring security issues, which has saved us countless hours. The intuitive dashboard keeps everything centralized, and the integrations with tools we already use (e.g., Slack, GitHub) make compliance workflows feel natural. Additionally, the templates and clear guidance for audits are incredibly helpful for small teams without dedicated compliance experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Vanta excels in many areas, the platform can sometimes feel rigid when managing contractors who use personal devices. Offering more flexible solutions for contractor compliance would be a welcome improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is solving the complexity of managing SOC 2 compliance by automating evidence collection, access reviews, and policy management. It keeps our compliance posture strong with real-time monitoring and proactive alerts, ensuring we stay on top of critical tasks. This has benefited us by saving significant time, reducing manual effort, and providing confidence during audits, which has helped us secure deals with enterprise clients requiring SOC 2 certification.

The long delays Vanta Agent checks makes corrections a long process.

SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. Vanta is a good template for navigating the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta have very clear objective and their working stretegy gives reliable and ease to use infrastructure. Their implimentaion process was very quick and ease to integrate. I like their reliable and sclable services that fullfil our business needs.

Support from Vanta is quick and helpful that solve any query without creating any hassle. I really appriciate their services with my social and personal groups.

Overall, The audit mangement , Security compliance and privacy management features of Vanta gives next level of servic quality that gives next level experience and help to improve business needs. They have really great user interface where we can easily work on without getting any error.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has been absolutely great, mostly due to the number of integrations available as well as the easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain areas are difficult to navigate, e.g. Audit view while under review
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta has helped solve the manual time-consuming GRC tasks that we once had, inlcuding policy and document development for audit readiness. The constant updates as to where we stand with our compliance status is phenomenal.
A Must-Have for Audit Readiness
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has simplified the compliance process for small companies, specially for start-ups like us. The level of transparency and guidance provided by the platform helps build trust with customers. I specially appreciate the risk assessment capabilities which gives a clear insights into our action plans. Also, the system seamlessly integrates with our in-house tools like GitHub and Jira. We use this on a daily basis to monitor our compliance for frequency of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their integration keep breaking, and it becomes difficult to rely on them, I really wish they can improve this issue. The onboarding process require more time than expected because importing previous audit records and mapping them to Vanata's structure was not as smooth as I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very easy for me to keep everything according to compliance, and it shows all notifications in one place. Also, the platform provides templates which helps me create and manage compliance document without any stress.
Helpful for SMB compliance planning
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support was excellent from first inquiry to onboarding and renewal. The interface is clean and easy to use, with plenty of integrations for common tools. They are willing to listen and work out custom solutions when appropriate. Templates for documentation are a great starting point for companies starting from zero.
What do you dislike about the product?
Newer integrations can be limited in customization and take longer to have features implemented, but that is expected.

Keeping track of certification requirements, and discovery of what needs to be done to achieve them.

What do you like best about the product?
The more we've used Vanta, the more (in)valuable it has become. I'm not sure how we could ever have managed to be audit-ready for our SOC report without it; it sets out all of the requirements so there's no second guessing and all of the AI integrations are so useful in getting answers quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some tweaks that could be made to the intuitivity of using Vanta which I have given feedback on; for example, the system description document is quite buried and it would be really useful to have a planning or sandbox area prior to going live.

Vanta is helping us to identify and address any gaps in our security posture to ensure that we have everything covered for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta provides a very helpul and extra ordinary services. Which i found very beneficial as it is its security feature encrypting and securing our data, ensuring its safe.It also help us to audit the compliance without any problem. Overall Its support system is the best, they support us anytime and respond quickly to our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything in vanta that i dislike. It is very helpful and its features and security system are excellent. It also reduce the workload . I found it very benificial.

They have number of factors to selec their services and also their reliability make them more effective pltform for our organization. The integration and user experience gives a more effective result to use Vanta and with vanta our work become more easier day by day.
