Helpful for larger companies
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they are constantly checking our security on our behalf, it's one less item for HR/IT/Tech teams to manage

It seems as though there is still a decent amount of follow ups for the employer to take care of

There are some bugs with certain integrations; like with our background check tool.

Ease of Use and Wonderful Monitoring tools
What do you like best about the product?
It was great to actually understand how my security was overral. It integrates with almost all my tools and the alerts are really relevant.

We have a cliente that required us to show evidence of our security measures and our policies. Vanta helped we build and enforce those policies.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best and ease to use platform for security and copliance that gives reliable and scalable services. Their integration and imlimentatiuon was rreally great and ease to understand.

Whenecer I need their support team help me to with my problem and never have any hassle with their services. We use frequently their services and enjoy their reliable services.

Overall, My experiemce is really great with Vanta and I never have any complain about it. Their security compliance and vendor management gives extra freedom to use their hassle free services. They have strong user interface with reliable user experience.

I really enjoy the delegation of the different task to different people in different department.
I belive that compliance is very difficult to understand since no one knows what kind of small mistake can occur it but vanta is so easy to use that anyone using AI feature of the checkbox category can see or understand where he is going wrong or need to be corrected.
During documentation it serves as a helping hand as it redline the mistakes and points which are getting missed by the client needs . this is the way that increase the frequency of usage to a daily basis.

well the application sometimes lacks during ongoing work which really create a sense of delay ness in the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
well vanta solved the problem by offering multi kind servces in every field which we are reallly concerned. For example, we need to run ads for a client on a weekly basis it ia a big one so we are working with third party suggested by the client. For all this we drafted the contract describing the each terms and conditions for better clearifcation. After website is completed we use for auditing the work and before delivering it to client we find multiple errors from third party we save it on a server and then deliver it to the client. On, the time of payment we show it to the client and we really got appriciated that how professionally we manage all the duties . There is not a single compliance from our side.

They have very good support team that also help on every single problem without any excuse.

Their multiple features and integration gives a high level services and provide reliability to work on their vendor management and security compliance without getting any hassle.
Time saving and guiding system to become & stay compliant
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use with included wizards and automated checks. It's very easy to implement and connect integrations. I use Vanta multiple times a week. Support has been quick via live chat or ticket.

Integrations disconnect sometimes, needing manual reconnection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to become ISO27001 compliant and stay compliant. Vanta guides us in becoming compliant and automatically checks if we're still compliant. It reminds us as soon as there's a problem, so we can tackle this on-time.

I like the services what I get from the Vanta and I really enjoy their services that make my work more easier and effective to represents. Their effetive and effortless services make them more reliable platform for our security compliance and audits.

Yet I don't have any error or complain about their services becaus whenever I have any issues their support team was their to solve my problem on immidiate basis.
