What do you like best about the product?
Implementation and onboarding was efficient, they provided ongoing support and the platform itself is really good
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything I dislike about Vanta. The ISO certification process is complex and Vanta have made it as simple as possible to achieve.

Indispensable Tool for Compliance Success
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a framework for approaching compliance and keeps you on task. For my company, it made a more straightforward path to complete an arduous project. The daily monitoring not only keeps you in compliance, but it is also an effective tool for keeping your infrastructure secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few downsides. The Vanta team is improving and changing their application all the time, so there can be times when the UI changes alter your daily security tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our immediate business need for our SaaS application was customer requests for evidence of our security best practices. We can now provide them our SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 certifications, allowing them to know our processes and infrastructure are secure.
Its a very useful to secure and manage entire origination at one place
What do you like best about the product?
Proactive support. and integrating mutile thiry part tools at one place to monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login to vanta is bit hectic part because authentication needs to be done through email always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding vulnaribilites on time and sending notification to repsective owners.
Easy to use, but expect some small bugs

Some small bugs or integrations that don't always work as intended. But the support service is fast and good.

Soc2 Compliance, making it easy to start and manage the process.
Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
They make it easier to comply by providing user-friendly features and helpful assistance in resolving inquiries and giving more explanations.
What do you dislike about the product?
None I can't think of right now, but I think offering more affordable pricing for startups would be a huge help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes our security compliance super smooth and easily accessible for our customers.
One of the best compliance vendor experiences I've had in the past 8 years
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitively organized and focused on limiting busy-work by providing templates and intergrating common business tools. Most vendors I've used have limited or very poor templates, and few intergrations if any.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still updating the workflow of their website and increasing the standards they support so it can be hard to find some things after changes, and migrating documentation to a new process is not always automatic or clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is guiding us through getting and maintaining SOC 2 compliance while helping us syncing our compliance documentation to other standards to reduce double work.
Definitely helping us keep track of our auditing processes
What do you like best about the product?
The automated tests and reminders on what documents are needed for evidence help a ton and integrations with things like M365, Endpoint Manager, Knowbe4 help keep those items in sync as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a while to understand the relationships between the various components and the setup was much longer than the sales person told us it would be (not a surprise). Also the ServiceNow task tracker integration is taking much longer than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from spreadsheets and manual monthly reminders to automating and monitoring evidence collection on a daily basis. We now know when our controls or evidence are needing attention right away so we can address these items in small bites which is much less onerous than realizing after the fact or during the audit window that we have a bunch of items that need attention.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Vanta as it has all the necessary automated tools to check cybersecurity compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
SME-based solution offering is missing at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining Cybersecurity Compliance manually is a complex process, But Vanta made it very easy for the customers and no more complexity regarding the compliant company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new video regarding the safety it is short, fun and informative. Also the customer service was very fast and effective.

So far, the task button in intalling vanta.
