It is very intuitive, user-friendly and automates a lot of manual effort otherwise required for your ISO certification.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is not cheap. However, the cost is much lower than hire an ISO consultant.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to get ISO 27,001 certified and explored different options in terms of time vs cost vs benefits. So far, Vanta has been the best option for our scenario.

Working in a startup with a minimal headcount meant we needed something to streamline the compliance process — Vanta fit that perfectly.

At the time of writing this review, there are a few more integrations I'd like to see, like WeWork, 1Password and Odoo.

It was very easy for me to delete it and the customer service was very fast. I think they do not have anything to improve. Also the vanta app was totally invisible from my laptop.

I think Vanta was necessary for my work since they needed to protect my information. Yesterday I deleted it since I was not going to use it any longer and customer.

I was working for many clinics and they needed to procetect my information so it was really helpful and needed and it was easy to delete it customer services was genial

What do you like best about the product?

We were able to prioritize and execute the steps necessary to a SOC2 ready business in about 1 month. We utilize their trust report extensively as part of our sales process.

What do you dislike about the product?

No major complaints. My issues with Vanta are just conflated with the resource requirements associated with certification for a small business like Autonix across several platforms.

Without Vanta, its our own word that we take security seriously. By having a service act as an independent monitor on various aspects of application security, we're able to show our customers how seriously we take it. Bonus shoutout to Ashley and Jarrod who have helped me tremendously when I had questions/needs. True assets!

What do you like best about the product?

Integrates with mulitple tools including our cloud hosting provider, sourcecode management tool, project management, identity provider and many more. Out of the box policy templates of very high quality, and automated monitoring. It was very easy and efficient to get certified, and we obtained certification with high quality and automation.

Ease of use and navigation can be improved. Not so efficient search. Could have better on-boarding and offboarding tasks granularity and better groups administration.

We signed up with Vanta to complete our SOC 2 type 1 and type 2 certifications. We completed the type 1 in 3 months, and tyoe 2 in 7 months.

Vanta has a nice prescriptive and automated approach to SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance but also allows for custom frameworks and various escape hatches out of their happy path if you need to implement custom checklists and controls.

It takes a bit of learning to understand how to implement the customizations. If you walk off the happy path, there's extra work to do, and things get a little less automated. Still, a mostly easy-to-use platform.

We are a digital health startup, so we're subject to HIPAA and HITRUST controls and have to maintain high compliance to satisfy our customers' requirements. Vanta allows us to automate many of the recurring tasks we might otherwise need to do, and helps to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks when employees are onboarding, offboarding, or going about their monthly and annual cycles.

Vanta had a clear list of what needed to be done for an audit, making it easy to keep track of everything. It was nice to keep track of progress when working towards two different frameworks. The notifications for upcoming tasks in Vanta are helpful; we do not need to create reminders in various locations.

The Search capabilities across the site could be improved. During our time using Vanta, there were many changes to navigation, terms, and locations for documents and links.
