Great customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great but the fact that our account manager schedules weekly and bi-weekly calls to assist us is really key for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I look forward to them bringing more platforms on for automation.

Helps me with figuring out the compliance. Making my business compliant has helped me get customers.
It is a vast but also a very intuitive cert prep platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very pleasing look to the portal. The colors are great, and so is the functionality of the site. Yjr administrator functions are also very intuitive.

The questions are challenging to answer, but that is not a Vanta issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us identify where current infrastructure systems comply with HIPAA and PCI.
Vanta has made a process that is extremely complex, a lot easier

We knew very little about the HIPAA compliance process, so Vanta has educated as well as automated this process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to do, but thats not a fault with Vanta, but more a product of a complex process. All the more reason why you need a service like Vanta, it would be imposible without.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We knew very little about the process of getting HIPAA compliant, we wanted something that would guide us through and give us peace of mind we have not omitted necessary information or steps in the process, and Vanta has provided that.

What do you like best about the product?
the visualization and organization of all the necessary controls to be in compliance with the frameworks, in addition to automated tests and policy approvals.
We were able to pass the audits for certifications without hiring any extra consultancy, just using Vanta.
Initially we imagined a tool just for pass in the certifications, but now we see it as a security and privacy management tool for all the company

The tool has met all our needs very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is helping us to obtain ISO27001 and ISO27701 certifications
Compliance made easy, trustworthy and clear.
What do you like best about the product?
Using Vanta has helped us to quickly reach compliance level for IT secrurity accreditations, which has really helped us with scaling our business and getting trust from clients. Even beyond that, it's a great centralised user-friendly resource where we can monitor controls, with alerts that help us fix compliance issues fast, security training and policy acceptance features to ensure our whole team are aligned on what matters, and a really friendly and helpful user support team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Vanta have been working on/building out their support for clients with finding audit firms to help them achieve compliance. It's not quite there yet though - it'd be great to get a quick list of firms that are happy to use Vanta checks for compliance testing, typical pricing, timelines etc. There's still a fairly big onus on the customer to find this themselves.

Understanding where there are compliance issues, and alterting us so that we can fix them fast/within SLAs.

Greatly simplified the compliance process!
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations were a life saver when it came to compliance. Just being able to connect services and have them automate the items was priceless, huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately the support I received was a little lacking... I tried a couple times to get help only to have a week go by without a response. They may have bene on vacation or something but still, it was a long time. I had solved pretty much all the issues on my own before hearing back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The whole compliance issue was such a foreign concept, didn't have any idea where to even start. The checklist format with items to be completed was invaluable. I was able to just click right through everything and get it done at my own pace.

The Vanta platform has been a massive help in tracking, planning, and implementing our security certification. Offers an easy-to-use repository to track documents and tests required to attain and keep your business certified. Along with this, the support has been great in identifying and resolving issues.

Some integrations have had connection issues that can only be resolved with a manual reconnection. Along with this, some particularly useful features are further locked behind licensing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps to provide a central repository for policies and evidence for passing various compliance tests. It allows for automated reminders to ensure your company stays certified and meets the requirements set by the policy defined.
I'm much more confident in the security of our data and the integrity of our systems thanks to Vanta

What do you dislike about the product?
The price point for Vanta can be rather high for a company our size. One thing we would like is to pay depending on how many people actively use Vanta or are onboarded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps us monitor our systems, manage policies, monitor computers and overall ensure we have a compliant ISMS. The main benefit is that we are able to maintain all this with little to know previous experience is managing a company's ISMS.
