What do you like best about the product?
Vanta puts our security processes on autopilot. They decreased our time to SOC 2Type2 compliance 10x. I'm confident that with a growing hybrid team our security still stays strong.

Sometimes the alerts aren't high priority which can distract

Easy to use navigation in Vanta.

Support is often slower and replies are received quite late.
Ability to add custom columns should be there for internal tracking purposes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves like our very own intranet system where we can keep record of all people, their devices and level of their compliance which is a good things since we dont have to acquire any other system.
Overall, a good tool for org wide compliance adherence and certification

Certain modules are not clear in terms actions that are needed to stay up-to-date.

Templates are really high quality and make SOC2 easy if you're starting from scratch. Guidelines for what is in scope and what is not are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little confusing what types of questions should go where - it would be nice if there were more of a "one stop shop"

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Vanta provides templates for all the required origanization documents. This has saved an incredible amount of time in research and document creation
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could have a better "getting started" wizard or structure of progression. With so much to do and prepare, it can feel overwhelming to figure out a system of progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are being certified for ISO27001 and Vanta is solving the preperation checklist process and will also assist in the actual certification process with traing and consultation.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta's automated tests made it easy to collect evidence required across our cloud infrastructure, company accounts and the software we use. I was also impressed by Vanta's automated employee onboarding flows and the Vanta agent. As a small company, this made it easy to ensure that onboarded employees followed our compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although many document templates were helpful, some heavily assumed a much larger company size. As a small startup, many of these templates did not apply to us and required considerable editing. It would be awesome if the templates could account for the company stage and area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are required to be SOC 2 compliant. Vanta's software guided us through this process, and the company connected us with an auditor for the audit. The software also is also helping in tracking our compliance against PCI DSS.
Really easy and thorough way to work through compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to learn about what you have left to complete, upload proof, assign tasks to other users, and more. It's a very thorough tool for tracking compliance progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love more insight into what emails people at our company are receiving, and what they say. This is a minor complaint though.
