AI-Powered Compliance, Needs Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I think that compared to other companies, Vanta really nailed the use of AI with their product as a value add. The AI makes me a lot faster to do things within the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is not super flexible, and it does have more bugs within it than it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta for continuous compliance checks and support for third-party security reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of integrations, straightforward UI, and very streamlined experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're missing some integrations for lesser-known SaaS, e.g. Strapi, Zitadel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is driving out SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audit process, which would be an absolute nightmare without it. The integrations with GitHub and AWS are very helpful in monitoring for 3rd-party CVEs!

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is awesome in the proactive sense. It regularly monitors and keeps us on track all year long instead of adding more work at audit time. And the integrations to our current tools (such as AWS and Google Workspace) actually work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Vanta covers a lot of GDPR, there are a few very specific areas (like data subject request handling) where it needs some more functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our partnership with Vanta enables us to prove that we follow GDPR rules to european customers which helps us grow our business there.

Plugs into all our critical in scope systems and has great reports and functionality to make compliance easy

Useful platform with much detail

I use Vanta everyday for our SOC II Compliance and I like that it has a lot of detail in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike pretty much the same thing that it is so details, it is hard to get lost in the details.

Helping us streamline our documents and processes so we can pass the audit.
The best Compliance planform, bar none
What do you like best about the product?
The vast amount of pre approved temlates and ease of intergation with every type of system you may have makes it a breeze to setup and run.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's vast and complicated, but they do a great job of helping you get through it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting a SOC 2 certification and it is saving us a ton of time and money getting that. It also allows us to get the most out of having that certificatin with Vanta'sTrust Center

A lot of the template and guidance is still very vague that doesn't apply to our business.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intiutitive and easy to understand. It makes tracking actions across a wide variety of platforms easy and efficent.

There are occasional issues with dates being off that need to be remidied.

It helps us to orgnaize and track our secuirty comlpliance procedures to ensure we can maintian our Soc 2 compliance.
