Excellent Support, Made Compliance Certification Straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta helped streamline the entire audit process and make certification faster than we could have imagined. Within a few months of starting the process, we received our certifications without any issues, all because of how prepared we were with Vanta.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was some miscommunication initially with the auditor we worked with through Vanta and even our Vanta success rep wasn't able to get a clear response - however it ended up being resolved quickly and we were back on track quickly.

Simplify collection, storage and responses to just the related PCI-DSS or SOC2 data needed
What do you like best about the product?
Single Source of Data, Forms, Documents well organized and used by all involved in teh PCI-DSS and SOC2 process. Year Two should be easier.

No Issues so far, we found that all partners know about Vanta.

It has nothing to do with Vanta, it is the nature of this process, I don't like exposing our platform to any third party platforms, even it is meta data.

It's very easy to use and comprehensive tool.

Cost is a bit hight but it is still manageable

Cost is not cheap, some frameworks have lots of overlap but we get charged quite a bit for those minor new additions

Easy to use, great interface, makes something that is typically difficult - very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is a great tool for anyone or a company looking to get compliant with modern frameworks. It's relatively easy to follow as you are guided through getting to know the UI and frameworks you wish to complete. As someone with limited DPO/CISO experience, Vanta feels like you have a personal assistant holding your hand the entire way. Integreations are a huge positive to streamline processes and automation. Customer support has always been helpful, however would be great with EU based CS too.

Some of the modules can be a high expensive for an SMB.

Vanta is helping me save time and manage the ISO process.
Smooth experience from A to Z
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations work great, their number is high, and the software works perfectly. After a few days, it's easy to know where to go; it's well designed, and the team supported us whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Except it's an expensive software like all the others in this industry, I have nothing to share. We got our SOC2 Type II certification in 5 months while being 80 distributed in 13 countries.

Thanks to Vanta, we were able to get our SOC2 Type II certification in 5 months. We didn't know where to start and we reached our goal in a short amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Vanta on a daily basis. Vanta is simple to use and implement across the company. There are a tonne of useful integrations for SaaS products and Cloud based platforms, making it ideal for companies that make extensive use of these types of tools.
It is comprehensive from a framework / regulatory compliance perspective and they regularly update their tests. I also appreciate their support team who have fixed minor issues over the years for us promptly.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any real downsides I can think of, I have some feature ideas I would like but our account manager gives us a direct line to their product team and over the years I've seen suggestions we've made being implemented in the product.

Vanta gives us realtime information on our compliance status as well as a central management point for conducting risk and audit activities.
