Effortless Compliance with Seamless Integration - the best!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Vanta simplifies our compliance processes with automation, giving us a clear task list to stay compliant effortlessly. The ease of use and intuitive UI make it user-friendly, and I value the integration capabilities with 24 tools, including AWS, GitHub, and Google Workspace. This seamless integration enhances our workflows and provides peace of mind knowing we’re monitoring everything necessary to maintain compliance regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm concerned about potential price increases, as maintaining the current cost is a key factor in my decision to continue using Vanta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta to automate security and compliance, providing peace of mind with task tracking and automated tests. It connects and monitors our systems, ensuring we remain SOC 2 compliant while integrating with 24 different softwares.

Vanta is an invaluable tool for achieving compliance for small companies
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta distills the rather daunting task of compliance into a manageable set of controls with automated tracking, templates, and reminders. For a 10 person company, compliance appeared to be a difficult task, but Vanta helped us achieve and maintain SOC 2 compliance without too much trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with a third party auditor, while necessary, was frustrating at times due to their lack of understanding how Vanta worked or mismatched assumptions on how the audit process worked. We occasionally ran into instances where we'd disabled controls or added evicdence to a particular control that the auditor couldn't see or understand, leading to long email exchanges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers desire that we maintain SOC 2 compliance for our SaaS application. Vanta helped us achieve and maintain that compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta makes the process of achieving and maintaining compliance feel much more manageable. The platform automates a lot of the tedious tasks, like tracking employee training or monitoring security settings, which frees up time for more critical work. I really appreciate how simpler the interface is. Also, the integration capabilities are also a big plus, as it seamlessly connects with other tools we already use, like a third party MDM or pentesting platforms, making the whole process smoother and comply with a lot of checks. On top of that, their team helped us find an audit firm to obtainthe certifications; the entire process was super simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup can be a bit overwhelming, especially for smaller teams without a dedicated compliance expert. It would be great if there were more guided walkthroughs or simpler explanations for those who are new to the compliance landscape. Also, the pricing might be a bit steep for startups or smaller companies, which could make it less accessible for everyone who could benefit from it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it automates all the compliance tasks I used to do by hand. It's such a time-saver! It really easy to hook up all integrations and get going with the SOC 2 program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit steep for smaller companies. I wish they had a more affordable option for startups just getting started with compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta's handling all the SOC 2 compliance stuff we used to struggle with. It's freed up so much of our time - now we can focus on actually running our business instead of drowning in paperwork.

- Every test, controls, etc is linked with associated topics and helps us to read and understand the regulatory requirements quickly and understand why it is needed.
- Putting tests, controls, documents, policies, risk, people all together in such a nicely designed UI workflow. You will get used to the platform in such a short period of time. It is intiutively designed.

I have been using it for last 5-6 weeks and did not encounter any specific issue yet.

Streamlined ISO 27001 Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Vanta is its intuitive interface combined with powerful automation features. The platform’s ability to automate evidence collection and provide real-time tracking of compliance progress significantly reduces the manual workload and makes the entire ISO 27001 compliance process more efficient and manageable. This blend of user-friendliness and robust functionality ensures that even complex compliance tasks are streamlined and easily navigable, allowing for a smoother path to achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit difficult to run true internal audits and make comments on individual areas in line with controls you are assessing, and only can run audits at the policy/document level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comprehensive, centralised collection of ISMS and related evidence.
Everything was incredibly easy review and manage which is important in my role as CEO.

It is very easy to understand and review the documents I need to check off and add feedback on.

I would like a more user friendly mobile option. Which is very minor.

We used Vanta to manage our SOC Type II certification process and ongoing compliance.

Vanta offers an easy-to-use user interface combined with clear and thorought guides leading us step by step thoughout the whole period of our audit process. The custom support is great and responds rapidly.

There are no downsides of Vanta up till now. We've encountered several small bugs that was remediated immediately.
