What do you like best about the product?
For any type of request by email, the team is very responsive. Their level of knowledge about the French work law is impressive !
I like the website, it's very intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I had no bad experience and I cannot find something I dislike !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an employee, it saves me time to retrieve my payslips when I need to download them. To request vacation, I used the platform and it's very easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?
I work under the Employment Insurance Scheme (UoP), and Poland has a social benefits fund.
This is additional money for the Employment Insurance Scheme, and I haven't received any of it.
This money is for Christmas gifts or company events. I don't receive gifts or company events.

There's no option to switch to B2B.

There's no flexibility in changing my medical package. I pay a premium medical package, but I don't need it, and I've been waiting for three months to decide whether I can reduce the package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the problem with getting a loan.
I didn't solve the problem with lowering my medical plan.

What do you like best about the product?
The service is excellent, providing quick and clear responses in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there's really a downside, but what I would like most is to have an app available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I need information about days off or public holidays, this service is always there to provide it. It also gives quick updates on the status of my various types of leave, such as holidays, and clearly explains the payment plans for the different schedules I might have.

User-Friendly Interface That Makes Navigation a Breeze

What do you like best about the product?
I find the user interface very friendly, and I think the UI is an easy to navigate platform. The team is also very communicative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the platform should indicate the name of the files being uploaded they are usually blank from the user's perspective.

For example on Job Details, the CV just says "Download File". I would like to see the file name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well it lays out most of the work details and I appreciate that. I don't think I've ever seen another platform that is as similar to the platform here. I also like how the site provides job details that I would probably forget, it's a nice reminder feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Playroll's ease of service and very helpful staff. It's very easy to reach out regarding questions, and I get quick responses from the team. The initial setup was very smooth, and the team reached out with steps to complete from start to finish, guiding me with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the staff is based abroad, so response time's can be varied due to time zone constraints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll helps with Global Employment and Onboarding by solving the issue of having no company entity in my country.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the customer support from Playroll. We always feel very supported and cared for, espacially Amy Smith - the lawyer. Their customer support is very efficient, and whenever we had any doubts, they answer very fast and are always available. I also appreciate that they have lawyers available to support us with any legal matters or questions. Navigating the platform is very easy, and the user experience is smooth, which makes things simple for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a dedicated account manager, but it's more when you have a higher amount of employees. Our case, we had only one, so it was quite manageable. Maybe with a bigger team, a dedicated account manager would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll makes it easy to manage employee contracts, payments, and legal aspects, fully outsourcing the hiring process and removing worries about bills, tickets, and cost management.

What do you like best about the product?
Playroll supports us in being an international, flexible and competitive employer all over the world. We just started working with playroll but can already see a big difference compared to our former service provider. We especially appreciate our very supportive Customer Success Manager, Amy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are dealing with a lot of different Playroll employees for one onboarding. This is not only confusing for us but also for our NewJoiners. I know that there are experts for different HR topics but it would still be nice to somehow bundle them and have one dedicated contact person for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to be able to recruit the best candidates for our company no matter where they are located and if we have a legal entity in this country. Playroll helps us to solve this problem.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Playroll as our Employer of Record (EOR) since starting operations in South Africa in 2022 and expanded to India in 2023. From day one, the experience has been exceptional. Playroll is incredibly easy to work with, and their processes are accurate and efficient, ensuring compliance and peace of mind in regions we were unfamiliar with.

A special mention to Neil Barratt, Head of Legal, and his team, who have provided outstanding legal assurance throughout. Their expertise and guidance have been invaluable in navigating complex regulations in foreign jurisdictions. What truly sets Playroll apart is how all departments work seamlessly together, synchronizing efforts to deliver positive, timely outcomes every single time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. It does take a while to get used to having to run everything through another party in regards to team performance, PIP meetings etc but they are so supportive it soon becomes part of the solution.

Playroll have helped us greatly in understanding and navigating the employment requirements and legal accountabilities of operating in new countries outside fo the UK.
