Playroll is very smooth to use and their features easy operated.

How my working hours in the Payslip are calculated is something that I struggle to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super easy to use, with a clean and intuitive design that makes navigating a breez.
Only what I need to see that is relevent to me is avaialble.
Leave policies are explained clearly, so you always know how to request time off and what you’re entitled to.
Payslips are easy to access and download, making it simple to check your payment details whenever you need to.
The login process feels secure, giving you peace of mind that your personal information is protected.
Not to mention the team around Playroll are the best - Amy is great!

What do you dislike about the product?
When submitting an expense claim I am limited to only submitting 5 docs.
I most of the time need to upload more than 5 and I find that I need to email my line manager these docs.

To be able to live in the Netherlands and still work for my South African company.

Fast and responsive customer support with a platform which makes global expansion easier to navigate and empowers your own company to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
2FA can be slow when logging onto the platform at times.

Helping solve global expansion of teams and management of global teams from a payroll and hr perspective.

Super reactive customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly, easy to use.
Our account manager is super super reactive, which is very comfortable when you are in a timely sentivie environment.
It's nice to have an in-person contact and not a chat-bot.
We have had specific request based on our own company practices and they have adapted perfectly.
Their process is quite smooth as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only slight thing I would change is the fact to have "addendums" signed even for something that has no impact on the payroll and price (for ex: a change in probation period in the contract will have a addendum to be signed even if the employment contract has not been sent yet).
The process of having the quote signed, deposit paid and then employment contract sent required some learning curves on our part, but after a meeting we've aligned the different steps and now it's quite smooth. But it's something to have in mind and to clarify at the beginning.

We can now have people working easily in other countries and to have them align with the rest of the teammates.

Playroll is very easy to use . Has a very number of features that can be used and excellent customer service.I’ve visited this place several times, and each visit has been excellent.

Having to log in each time I use it, can be a little bit frustrating .

It is helpful because I'm a remote worker, and it simplifies managing my payments and taxes.

The platform is very good and highly efficient, very simple to use, and ready to meet changing needs. What I appreciate the most is the communication and the constant desire to find the best solution. The human resources are what every employee would wish to have.

Nothing , everything works perfectly and no issues

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like a clarity and accuracy in the customer support. All my requests were processed quickly and were easily resolved. They also have a user-friendly and intuitive website that contains a lot of information and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small inconvenience is that they do not work 24/7, at least I have this impression, and the response to requests submitted on Friday at the end of the day is received only on Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Playroll, I have the opportunity to work officially in Spain. When I needed an annual document on the accrued salary, I easily received it by contacting their support.

Support. The support team response directly when we have any questions. Also, this app is easy to use.

Overall nothing. Except for the part that after 30 minutes we should get a new e-mail.

Seemless interactions, always paid on time and great support. The portal is amazing.

No real issues with Playroll. Easy to use.

Playroll does all my employer administration and my contract is through Playroll woth my German employer. Great local support team.
