Easy EOR Solution for our Business in South Africa

What do you like best about the product?
The Playrolls platform is user-friendly and simple to navigate. Its intuitive interface allows easy access to the most important data. The dashboard is designed so that all key information is readily available, which contributes to a smooth and straightforward user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Playroll offers extensive global coverage, this also means it is not the most cost-effective option available. As a result, it may not be the best fit for smaller businesses or startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are currently unable to register an entity in our region, this offers us the simplest and most affordable way to do so through a reputable organization.

Simple and centralised view

What do you like best about the product?
I like the centralized view it offers for the benefits available to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Payslip being generated separately and takes long like months to update in Playroll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the EOR issue that companies would face in absence of a legal entity/office in a country.

Chosing dates of holidays is easy and the payroll is very clear.

Sometimes the page is difficult to log in.

Playroll is taking care of paying my taxes and providing me the payment from my company.

What do you like best about the product?
Playroll's dashboard simplicity makes it very efficient for daily use and everything needed is easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very smooth experience and I am pleased so far but adding a dark mode would make things better.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform manages contracts, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and even terminations, all within a single system. As a result, HR teams are able to save time and simplify their administrative tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to add from my side; everything is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payroll & Tax Handling streamlines salary payments, manages tax deductions, and oversees benefits administration for various regions. By automating these processes, it significantly reduces the need for manual work, resulting in considerable time savings.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super easy to use, with a clean and intuitive design that makes navigating a breez.
Only what I need to see that is relevent to me is avaialble.
Leave policies are explained clearly, so you always know how to request time off and what you’re entitled to.
Payslips are easy to access and download, making it simple to check your payment details whenever you need to.
The login process feels secure, giving you peace of mind that your personal information is protected.
Not to mention the team around Playroll are the best - Amy is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
When submitting an expense claim I am limited to only submitting 5 docs.
I most of the time need to upload more than 5 and I find that I need to email my line manager these docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to live in the Netherlands and still work for my South African company.
All tax matters are dealt with - this is a massive relief. Tax complicancy is important

What do you dislike about the product?
2FA can be slow when logging onto the platform at times.

Super reactive customer service

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly, easy to use.
Our account manager is super super reactive, which is very comfortable when you are in a timely sentivie environment.
It's nice to have an in-person contact and not a chat-bot.
We have had specific request based on our own company practices and they have adapted perfectly.
Their process is quite smooth as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only slight thing I would change is the fact to have "addendums" signed even for something that has no impact on the payroll and price (for ex: a change in probation period in the contract will have a addendum to be signed even if the employment contract has not been sent yet).
The process of having the quote signed, deposit paid and then employment contract sent required some learning curves on our part, but after a meeting we've aligned the different steps and now it's quite smooth. But it's something to have in mind and to clarify at the beginning.

We can now have people working easily in other countries and to have them align with the rest of the teammates.
