The cutting edge capabilities to process newer mobile device models and softwares

Software is bulky and looks outdated. Takes a lot of clicks and support is not the greatest.

The Flawed Phone Forensic Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is not reliable when it comes to unlocking phones that have passwords. They provide some resources for phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limitations when it comes to compatibility, with newer mobile devices and operating systems. Extracting data from these sources is quite difficult and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cellebrite does not overcome the problem of accessing and extracting data from devices. This has decreased our productivity by blocking us from gathering evidence and uncovering information during our investigations.

What do you like best about the product?
Cellebrite offers comprehensive data extraction for ediscovery in a user-friendly interface. I also like the ability to customize via scripts and workflows and generate reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be expensive for smaller firms and provides limited support for Mac data sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists with extracting and preserving data in response to litigation holds.

reader can be slow to open on ufeds over 30gb.

What do you like best about the product?
The way cellebrite operates for a variety of phones whether its a featured phone or a smartphone, cellebrite never disappoints in any of my early case assessment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about to dislike cellebrite but one thing which i want to mention is for the mobile phones whose passwords are not known, in that case we have a limited resources. Looking forward for some better solutions from cellebrite for locked phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cellebrite is itself a solution for all the mobile related problems, whether its a mobile data or sim card data, it has each and every possible solution to acquire data from the digital devices.
Also, its support for variety of iphones as well as samsung devices if very awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
So many of the cases in human trafficking investigations come down to the evidence that's found on suspect's phones. Being able to extract that information and have it a user-friendly format is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The continued licensing fees can be difficult to get reauthorized in agency budgets each year. Most agencies don't think far enough ahead to budget for reoccurring licensing fees.

Gathering evidence on suspects and victims of the cell phones and presenting it in a user friendly format.
