What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy setup. Was integrated just by signing in. The whole process was fast and smooth. After the initial learning phase it was up and running with no downtime. Simple web interface that is easy to learn and to teach others. The detection is highly accurate and reliable. End users noticed the difference in their inbox almost immediately. They noticed the huge reduction in the amount of spam and phishing emails they receive. Support is helpful and prompt to respond. No high pressure sales pitch and the free trial gives full functionality. The product speaks for itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some settings that are obscure. Some users don't like the smart banners because it clutters the emails. There's very little not to like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the constant spam and phishing emails that slips through the default Microsoft security settings.
Users are more secure and sees less maliciouis emails in their inbox.
It blocked all the spoofed emails which were huge security risks. It make users more aware of malicious emails and how much they were receiving.
