Essential Localization Tool with Notable Downsides

What do you like best about the product?
I think their customer support is very good, especially now that we have the proper subscription. The feedback is quick, and we can get answers to a lot of questions pretty easily. They also have good documentation for each issue, which is a good feature. Other than that, the Figma plugin is fundamental to everything we do because all the designs live in Figma, and we can push the variables directly from Figma, create keys, and attach screenshots, which is essential to what we do. So, I would say those two features are what I like most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the UI and custom user experience in Lokalise is actually quite bad. I would expect more of the software in itself how you navigate the different pages, how you structure your content etc. There are certain features that you don't understand or that are hard to find. It's not very intuitive to navigate or find what you're looking for which just makes it a hassle when you're trying to learn or do new things in the software.You really gotta put some time into it and understand how that works. It's too bad, because Lokalise seems to have a lot of powerful features for automation and improving your workflow. but there are many features that you don't understand or find on your own. The same goes for the Lokalise plugin in Figma. It takes some time to figure out how it works, but once it's up and running it's very powerful and solid workflow. So I would say it's quite a steep learning curve, and the user experience doesn't feel very modern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lokalise for setting up localization in our apps across four markets, enabling multiple languages and translations. It helps in making tailored content and creating variables for phrases, so we avoid hard coding text.

Easy localization and an app with a heart

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to get started: you can add translations or localizations, view your target languages side by side, and make sure you’re capturing the right tone.

I’ve only had a customer concern once, and they replied so quickly.

Overall, I also love the vibe of this tool. Claire’s newsletter is great, and the occasional webinars I’ve attended were a big plus too :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a bit disheartened a few months ago when we changed our plan because ours was being phased out. We ended up losing some features I didn’t expect to lose (such as the glossary) since we were downgrading. I would have really appreciated a heads-up so I could at least save it beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping us add new languages to our product so we can put it in the hands of users across different countries in Europe, while still making the app sound like us in each language.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes the translation process much simpler, even when working on large projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing special, but I’m genuinely happy with the current implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise has helped us centralize the translation management for all the different projects we run on the same platform. In addition, the platform is user-friendly enough to allow our collaborators to work together there smoothly.

Intuitive Localization with Stellar Support

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Lokalise is very intuitive and easy to use, making collaboration on the same project with multiple people seamless and without issues. The customer service is also great. I love that I don't have to download an app on my computer, which makes sharing links to our 10+ translators really easy since they just need access to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the inability to merge segments when needed, which makes it less flexible. I'd appreciate the option to edit character limits at a specific language level to ensure proper fit. A task management dashboard that groups all projects would be helpful, instead of having a dashboard per project. Additionally, I'd prefer if it could clearly number strings for better organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lokalise to centralize localization across all content types, ensuring glossary and TM are consistent. It integrates with multiple tools and avoids app downloads, making collaboration with our 10+ translators seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise is very immediate and intuitive, also providing AI suggestions that can be useful and which I have often appreciated. It is simple to use and especially in long projects, it helps save a lot of time and optimize work. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated the ease of initial installation without any issues, Lokalise worked perfectly right away and it has always been easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very efficient, there is nothing I don't like.

I use Lokalise for translations, finding it immediate and intuitive. The AI helps with effective suggestions and allows for frequent corrections, saving time on long projects and optimizing work.

Fast AI Translations with Smart Reviewer Assignment and Translation Memory

What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast I can get AI translations, the automated process of assigning reviewers and the translation memory features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reviewer part can be buggy a lot of the times. When you review sometihing and mark it as reviewed, it doesn't always save ot, and there can be a lot of issues if you edit the source text of something that has already been reviewed in certain languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending emails and other CRM communication in local languages, and also localizing the application

Best TMS with Intuitive Interface and Strong Support

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Lokalise as it's the best-in-class TMS among all the options I reviewed. I like the wealth of information available, the support, and the interface, which makes it a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once we'd eventually gotten access to Lokalise, I wasn't really sure where to start. I feel like our onboarding person could have met with us earlier - or we could even have gotten a starter pack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lokalise as a string repository to make our localization processes more efficient for our crypto app.
