Quick and Easy Integration, But Occasional Slowness
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast, user-friendly, and the integration has been smooth so far. The features are also convenient to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the application can be rather slow; for example, adding a new key might take longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Lokalise, we no longer need to manage localization keys separately on each platform. Now, we can keep everything centralized in one place.
Great Features, but Some UI elements should be more intuitive

Robust localisation platform so far. I have a been using if for several months now and it's performed well so far

Allows for a better management of UI strings from our products

It's quite intuitive and easy to learn to use. I love the figma plugin.

Sometimes the strings aren't automatically verified which leaves some values coming through as blank in our CRM platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate in multiple languages without speaking the language, it helps us reach a large audience and create personalised content.

Lokalise is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very straightforward, making it easy to navigate. Collaborating with linguist teams is always a smooth process, as there are few questions when we are onboarding new team members. Lokalise offers a wide range of features and plugins, which helps our team work more efficiently and stay well connected with the development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI on the Projects page could benefit from being more detailed and better organized, with additional viewing options. Currently, you can only choose between seeing all project details or a simple list, which feels limiting. It would be helpful to have options like blocks or groupings to make navigation easier. As it stands, I often have to manually search to locate certain projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise has transformed the way we manage translations across our products. It has helped us reduce manual hand-offs and provided everyone with complete visibility into both progress and quality. Thanks to its integrations and automation features, our localization workflow has become faster, more consistent, and much easier to scale—especially given the number of brands and websites we oversee.
Easy straightforward integration and quick support
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise is easy to integrate with our existing internal systems, and the syncing process is very reliable with quick webhooks. It fits well into our existing workflow and saves a lot of manual effort. The support team is also very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There might be a bit of learning curve when navigating around the web dashboard but just a day of exploring it and the APIs makes it very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise makes it easier for our localization team to manage translations on their own side, without always needing tech help. For us in the tech team, it is simple to sync those translations into our internal systems. This saves time and makes the app localization process much faster and smoother.

Namespacing has proven difficult thus far. We have many small translation files that we want to lazy load, but it's not immediately clear how to do this with Lokalise's architecture.

What do you like best about the product?
My team had some issues with the AzDo integration and re-integration. The support team was very responsive, Karla helped me not only by pointing out the misconfiguration, but also gave advice regarding the workflow best practises. This help was what we needed for using Lokalise in a productive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but maybe an improvement: it would be useful to provide errors messages when a Pull Request could not be created for some reason. So we dont need to contact the support.

A seamless tool for streamlining localisation at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Lokalise has made our localisation process much faster and more collaborative. As a marketer, I use it daily for communication assets across copy and design. It’s very easy to add team members and set up translators for specific languages (e.g. French, Spanish), and the workflow for assigning tasks is simple and efficient. I especially value the Figma plugin, which allows me to directly export/import assets without manual back and forth. The integration with our app is also excellent—if I upload a screenshot, Lokalise recognises the keys and instantly matches the translations. Notifications when tasks are completed help keep projects on track, and the new AI translation features are a great addition to speed up initial drafts. Their support team is also responsive and always ready to help. Overall, Lokalise has become an essential part of our localisation workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a small learning curve in the beginning as it should be with any new tool. Some advanced features can take a bit of time to explore. Other than that, the experience has been very smooth.

Lokalise helps us manage localisation across multiple languages and teams in one central platform. Instead of manually coordinating translations in spreadsheets or email, we can assign tasks, track progress, and collaborate directly within the tool. Features like the Figma plugin, automatic key detection in app screenshots, and AI-powered draft translations save a huge amount of time. This allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality communication assets and product content much faster, while reducing errors and back-and-forth with translators.

I really like the technical support and their readiness to help.

- The fact that it's not possible to reopen a closed ticket.
- The fact that you have to create a new task when you want to add a new language to an ongoing task.

Being a localisation manager, I can safely say Lokalise solves 90% of my problems.
