What do you dislike about the product?

It offers quite a few integrations, but out of the ones I tried, some have limitations or don't work well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise allows us to streamline localization workflows by providing certain integrations as well as an API that we can use to exchange source/translations between platforms.
While it lacks some functionalities, their support is always very helpful and creative finding workarounds.

A Game-Changer for Localization—Years of Reliable Service!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Lokalise for several years, and it's one of the best localization tools out there. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for teams to collaborate on translations seamlessly. Their support for multiple file formats and integrations with other tools like GitHub and Slack has been a huge time-saver. The continuous updates and new features show they truly listen to their users. If you're serious about efficient and accurate localization, Lokalise is the way to go.
We’ve been using the AI translation feature for the past few months, and it’s been a game-changer in terms of efficiency. It’s significantly reduced our translation costs and sped up the process, saving us both time and money.
The support team at Lokalise is great. They are always responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. Our Customer Success Manager also checks in regularly, making sure we're up to speed with the platform and aware of any new features. This level of attention really adds to the overall experience.
Overall, we’re highly pleased with Lokalise and how it’s streamlined our workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve enjoyed using Lokalise over the years—it's a great tool for managing localization projects. The only downside is that I wish the seat pricing were a bit more affordable, especially for smaller teams. It’s a great platform, but the cost can add up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lokalise has been instrumental in solving our localization challenges. It makes it easy to manage multiple languages and projects in one place, simplifying collaboration across our team and eliminating the headaches of manual translation management.

Excellent tool for managing the localization of multilingual projects
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lokalise is its user-friendly interface and extensive features. As a former translator, I particularly appreciate the ones related to the tanslations (TM, AI translations, edit menue, etc.). It streamlines the work process significantly. Additionally, I can't but mention their excellent customer support, always providing timely and helpful assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The OTA allowance calculations are a little bit confusing. But in general, I like their services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot to manage translations and implement some changes in the product (which might seem minor in volume, but of great importance for the project) in just a few clicks.

Seat caps have been a problem. It limits growth and collaboration.
Product managers cannot have access due to seat limitations, so they often mention that in previous companies, they used Phrase and had access...

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized TMS where every language can be seen side by side.
Invaluable tool to our localization efforts
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate internally and externally both for copywriters, designers and developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is costly to add seats to make the most of the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple process for localization and translation.
It is the best translation platform out there...
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the Figma plugin making the localisation process easy to integrate and directly from the UX / Product Designers (who are responsible). We use it on an almost daily basis.
The customer support via Intercom is superb. Always fast and adequate response times and good quality agents who know their stuff.

What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the translations sometimes suffers on smaller batches. Lokalise is the tool, the platform, the translators are from relatively small independent translation companies (non machine or AI translations). Best to bring in your own translation agency if you want to double down on quality.
The interface can be quite a challenge for inexperienced users. I mean there is a lot to take in. Despite that, there's good documentation to get you started.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it in more than 15 regions and it makes it so much easier to maintain everything with difference translation agencies. It's a one stop shop. No more documents, excels and emails.
Great tool to manage localization in 1 place
What do you like best about the product?
As a localization manager, I like how easily the work flow could be from writing the source language to send translation task, to review translation and deploy the content to our app. All in 1 place! The Customer support team is very helpful when you need them .
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to set different character limits for different languages. This is not ideal for App's UX writing where I face a lot of character limit restriction due to the UI design. When sending transltion tasks, I care about how each language display on the phone, and setting only a character limit for all language is not helpful. For example, 50 characters of English is much shorter than 50 characters of Chinese.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration of creating content, sending translation tasks, and deploy the content to our App via API ALL in 1 place is super efficient.
It's a very useful tool to localize content in apps
What do you like best about the product?
Its support team. Fast response and they won't stop till they've solved your issue
What do you dislike about the product?
File format. Both for source files and for the glossary. It would be great to improve it. Tools like MemoQ support even InDesign packages.
This is a different tool and it works great when pushing content through design apps like Figma, but as a company we have also other localization needs and we cannot have two tools

I like the way reports are now more complete and downloadable. It helps us complete presentations for auditory purposes
